True Temp Heating and Air was here at my home with in a couple hours to repair my unit. It was done professional and the office help was also professional and courteous. Thank you so much.

My funace and heat pump quit on Saturday night during the great ice storm of 2026. On Sunday morning the guys from TruTemp showed up being led by the boss Doug Ridley. They jumped right into the problem and found a burned out transformer. This was promptly replaced restoring heat to my house. As a side note, I spoke to Doug the night before and he walked me through several possible scenarios.although none fixed the issue I appreciated the fact that he took time on the phone to try and correct the problem. With service like that, they have a customer for life.

Fan motor went out Friday night, February 6 so no heat. Thankfully I had back up heat. Contacted True Temp Heating and Air at 8:15 Monday morning, February 9th. A tech arrived at my home by 9:00am; ,determined the problem as the fan motor. The part was ordered on Monday. I was contacted at 11:38am Tuesday morning, February 10th was advised the motor is in and a tech will be out after 1:00pm. Tech arrived 1:59 pm left at 2:48 pm after making sure the unit is working. I’ve used this company for years. Always professional and timely in making repairs when contacted.

Our air went out over night. I sent them a message and our technician, Conner, was here by 10! Within no time, they had the air up and running all for a great price! I will never use another company as long as these guys are in business!

Everywhere else we called was closed or unable to come until Monday and it's Saturday. I have a brain tumor and I am diabetic. I was getting sick from the heat!! I called Artic Air and was told she would tell the technician. 30 min and we are all fixed up!! We feel like prices were fair as well!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Had a new unit put in yesterday. Austin and papaw got here about 10:30am worked all day to get it installed. Very professional easy to talk too answered all questions I had and informed me on what they were doing. I want to thank them for for getting air back into our home. Best money we ever spent. Our AC had been leaking for some time but no one could find/repair the leak. Travis came out within the hour from my call and discovered the leak, made the necessary repair and got our AC up and running while we ran to grab a bite to eat. Did I mention the fact that when I called he was finishing up his “last call” of the day on a Friday evening. We will never be able to thank him enough. You guys are FANTASTIC!
