What an amazing experience! Had an emergency call due to not power to my thermostat. After I exhausted all of my general troubleshooting efforts, I called around 8am and was told to expect a call from a technician would get with me shortly after 9am. I received a call from Rob around 9:30 stating he could be to my house in 30ish minutes, and he was here not long after 10am.

I explained to Rob what all I had done prior to calling in, and he got right to work. He quickly found that I had a relay that got burnt up & shorted out. He didn't have a spare, due to my unit being a newer unit & the relays being a different type than normal, so he reworked my system to get it operational. He then waited around for 2 more hours while we were trying to figure out why my thermostat wasn't sending the furnace a heat on signal. Once we finally got that issue resolved, he told me that he would work on getting me a new relay and would be in contact to get a follow-up visit scheduled.

Rob was so professional and communicated everything so well before, during, and after the trouble call.

Great experience using this company! Very timely and efficient. We contacted them and the owner came out for an estimate that day! Affordable price, had a crew out here within a week, system installed, and job completed in 2 days. Everyone was polite and seemed to work well together. Definitely recommend this company!!

Bill installed a new unit the next business day. That’s amazing service. He is professional and stands by his work. Great experience with Arctic Air! Bill & his team are top notch. Tyler was very prompt, polite, & knowledgeable! He came out same-day and got our unit cooling again in under an hour. My dad, Danny Wise, owned and operated Total Comfort Heating and Air for over 30 years, so when he retired I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a great heating and cooling specialist. So glad to have found Arctic Air- they have a customer for life!
