The Arctic Air crew was efficient and very thorough. The team of Mark and Austin did a great job on our HVAC hest pump system.

From August 2023: HVAC Tech was 2.5 hours late, with NO COURTESY CALL...After less than 15 mins, he determined the problem was a tripped breaker. Did not leave any kind of paperwork to document the service call, or tell us how much the charge would be. A few days later, the $165 bill arrives..Chose to ignore the bill, till Feb. 2024. Contacted the owner with the concerns above, asking for some consideration, to which, the owner William Jennings was unsympathetic or concerned about Customer Service...CONSUMER BEWARE!

Travis was easy to work with and fixed me up very quickly! Y’all better hold onto him. He did an amazing job and was very professional! I will use arctic air every time!

Bill and his crew replaced our AC unit and did a phenomenal job! 100% would recommend!!!

Warranty work always makes me nervous. This is our second home we've built and we've had horrible experiences with companies coming back to take care of an issue covered under warranty. Arctic Air has been a pleasure to work with. They have worked so hard to get every issue taken care of. They go over the top and it is so appreciated!

Great people and great price. Travis took his time and thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done. We had talked to three other companies and none of them offered the level of professionalism and value we received from Artic Air.

Great company. We put in a new central HVAC system. They had the job done way faster then expected and were incredibly professional. I will be using this company again for sure.

Bill came out when we had an issue on with our unit on a Sunday and checked to see what the problem was. We ended up having to get a new unit. The guys that came out were very professional and did an excellent job installing the new unit. If you are looking for a good honest HVAC that will treat you right give them a call.

I called on a Saturday morning and Travis came out about noon. He was very professional and took great care of us. Checked everything out and fixed our air immediately. Best service ever. We will use them for all our air needs.

This past weekend central A/C was making a lot of noise, but still cooling. Monday morning we called 3 companies to come out to see what was wrong. One was too busy, another never called back, and then their was Arctic Air who came the same day.

The technician knew what he was doing and had the problem fixed within minutes. He kind of suspected a mouse had gotten into the blower fan. He was absolutely right! He continued to diagnose, and clean the unit. He suggested that it be completely serviced, (inside and outside). That was done, and he also replaced some weak capacitors.

Our A/C is about 20 years old, and yet he had all the parts with him.
He even installed a badly needed new thermostat. We couldn't have asked for better service. We are incredibly happy with Arctic Air!!!
They will be servicing our central heat/air from now on. Excellent technicians and fair prices!!!

Artic Air did a great job on a late Saturday (7/15/23) evening repairing our HVAC. Conner was awesome! Very quick to diagnose the problem and figured out a solution quickly. I will use them again! Thanks Conner for your work!

In February, I bought a new system for my home. It was wonderful and so much better than what I had before. The installers worked very hard to get me set up and running. They also advised me to get a six month check up.
This week, they came out for that. Travis checked everything, corrected some errors that were made and when things were still no right, kept digging until the problem with the system were fixed. It turns out that some critters got under the house and tore out some ductwork. For a reasonable price, Travis and his folks took care of that for me too. I can not praise the quality of work or people enough.

Bill's crew is outstanding on time. Diligent left my place looking better than when they got here.Three ton Split with a wholehouse d humidifier.Did an awesome job?Will definitely work with them again.

Bill and the crew really did a great job. Bill is a very personable person, and a good human being. You can tell that he really wants to help people. His crew reflected that personality as well. They all really worked hard to get our 30 year old hvac and heating system out, and the new one in a timely and professional manner. The new system is beautiful and works great! To sum it all up, this company is a well oiled machine. Would not ever hesitate to use them again!!!

Called Artic Air to relocate our air unit to opposite side of our house. Austin and Garrett showed up and had the unit moved and working great within several hours. Very professional and worked continuously until finished, thank you Austin and Garrett! Will be calling Artic Air for future needs.

Bill’s guys just put in a new heat pump for us they did an awesome job they were very professional. They cleaned up everything just like they hadn’t even been there. They explained everything with the new thermostat. They worked very hard even through the storm. I was very impressed with them. I would very highly recommend them.
