A friend of mine recommended this company and I must say we were pleased with the service.

No-show, after I called twice to confirm they'd be out. ETA: apparently a miscommunication. They did show up the next day and did fix the problem.

Didn't show up for scheduled appointment nor did anyone call to inform me they wouldn't show or to reschedule!

I was so pleased with this company ..the guys are awesome. It was cold and nasty but it did not stop them from coming and working hard to do our tank ...

Good people, good work and fair pricing.

Are they really closed? We just hired them a couple of months ago to fix our sump pump. They came to the house the day I called and had it fixed the next day for a reasonable price. I was really impressed.

Friendly, informative and customer oriented. Job well done at the house and appreciated administrative associate calling ahead and keeping me updated on ETA. I’ll have this team take care of any needs in the future. Thanks again!

Very good company to work with. Have used them for several years. Recently had a terrible communication problem which was not their fault but mine. I would highly recommend them to others.

I really wish i didnt have to do this, I had given them 5 stars before because they are good guys, but over the last 4 weeks they have promised to get to my work order with different excuses every time. will no longer answer their phone or txt messages. Stay away if you want to be taken care of within a month or two of your call.

We had a late night septic problem. The team at Chickamauga Plumbing understood and explained what was going on and was able to get our problem fully resolved swiftly. They were very friendly with very fair prices. I highly recommend them!!

They diagnosed and fixed my grinder pump right away. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were professional, competent, courteous, efficient, and did not gouge me.

Update: things turned ugly. They left me stranded. Don’t use them.

Very nice people to deal with and was quick to come out to my home when I had a bad water leak. I’m will definitely use them again!

The first two times I used them they were excellent. They showed up on a weekend at the exact time they said they would and did a thorough job. That's why this is two stars and not one.
I called them three weeks ago and they said if they couldn't get there by that Friday evening they would come Monday but never did. I called them that following Friday, a week after the first call, and they said they would call the technician to see when they were planning to come but I never heard back. I called again Monday and there was no answer.

Called on a Wednesday to set up appointment for the following Monday for bath tub to be unclogged. Called them first thing Monday morning left a message to make sure I was still on the schedule, never called me back, Called at 330 someone answered I asked if I was still on the schedule she said No... would you like me to call someone else? What? No.. very unprofessional. Will never use again.

Great work Dennis and Keith. You guys are the best at knowing your job. We appreciate your work in helping correct our issue. This company is very busy. It may take a little time, but it is well worth the wait if you want the job done right. Keep it up guys!

Good pricing. About $100 less than the big names. Nice and fast service. A little issue getting them. Had to call 4 times. The first 3 went to voicemail and the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave one. They were recommended by a friend or I wouldn’t have tried so hard.

Wow! These guys are amazing!!!! They came and fixed a problem with our field lines that another company had installed wrong. These guys have amazing work ethic, character, and integrity in the work they do! The owner would not accept payment UNTIL he knew the problem had been resolved and was working correctly!!!

They were so prompt and had all issues resolved within hours of showing up!!!!

I highly recommend this company to anyone with any septic related problems!!!!
