Had a fitting next to the water meter break. It was an emergency as the run off caused an ice sheet to the subdivision entrance. He came out in the late and the cold and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Knowledgeable and respectful. His services were a blessing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic group of guys…very professional, and I will definitely be calling on them again, as needed! The faucet that my water hose attaches to had been leaky for years when the water was turned on and I’d just been putting off getting it fixed since it didn’t leak when it was turned off. Jody and coworkers were next door doing a major job for my neighbor today and I asked if they could take a look at this small job before they left and they said of course they could. Jody came right over and had it fixed in a matter of minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

i have used Rocky's Plumbing on several different occasions and have always been satisfied with their work and punctuality. Rocky is very honest and dependable. I met Dustin today 6/15 - awesome guy ! hard worker just like the rest of the crew. If you need a plumber i would not search anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had leak under our floor, buckling the wood floor and then a huge leak in the yard. Called a couple plumbers and got no response or no shows, so frustrating. Luckily, We found Rocky's Plumbing after an online search of all places, but so thankful we did. Rocky & Jody are great, they go above & beyond. We had a great experience with them!. They fixed both problems and then even stayed after to watch the meter and search for the reason it was still spinning. They searched everywhere in our house where water & pipes were until they figured it out and fixed those things as well. They did a great job, they are were professional, polite, very informative, super friendly. They actually appear to like what they do. We will use these guys from now on and will recommend Rocky’s Plumbing to everyone!!.

Called Rocky’s for an estimate for changing my electric water heater to a gas tankless water heater on Wednesday. Rocky and Jody came a few hours later. They were both very knowledgeable and very courteous. They explained what they needed to do, had it figured out and gave me price (that was VERY reasonable)! We agreed they would come on back Thursday morning. They arrived just when they said and got it done safely and professionally. They were very clean and answered all my questions!! I HIGHLY recommend Rocky’s and will be calling him with all my plumbing needs!

Rocky and his guys were wonderful to work with! We just bought our home three days ago and already started having issues. Rocky came right over, assessed the issues, and fixed them the same day. You can tell he truly is passionate about the quality of work he gives and cares for his customers. It’s hard to find people like that and we will definitely be using him for our plumbing needs!

These guys are simply the best of the best. Water pipe burst in the yard today so I called Rocky. He said he was on a job but he’d be there when he finished up. It was after dark and he and Jody came and made the repair. I was out of water for no more than three hours. Not only are they complete professionals, they actually care about their customers. Customer care like this is unheard of these days. I couldn’t say thank you enough to them. Give these guys a call. They don’t disappoint!

We were having several issues with our home plumbing system that were quickly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved by Rocky and his crew. Rocky and the members of his team were all exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in any matter that arose while in the midst of the repairs being done. The whole crew showed a level of personability that you can certainly appreciate these days, and as a homeowner and investor in property I would not hesitate to give them a call on anything further down the road.

Jody with Rocky’s Plumbing is an excellent plumber, along with Cody. The first thing that was noticeable about Jody was not his plumbing skills, but it was how he returned calls and text messages. How impressive!

His plumbing skills are impeccable. In no time, he was able to assess the situation and he knew what to do. When he was explaining what needed to be done, he was patient with my husband who is mostly deaf and with me since I know very little about plumbing. When I asked a question about the recommended plan, Jody gracefully took my pad and wrote out the plumbing terms and cost. He explained things in a way that I could understand.

We left out one plumbing issue, by oversight. We mentioned the problem once Jody arrived and he said he could take care of it in the same visit.

A couple of weeks later, we contacted Jody again about some leaks. He came and repaired the leaks in a brief time and did not charge an additional fee.

Our home has new pipes and a tub that doesn’t leak, along with a repaired kitchen sink.

Rocky’s plumbing came in to save the day yesterday. We just bought a house and within 24 hrs the toilets weren’t flushing, sinks not draining, etc. I had another plumber come out before we bought the house and they recommended all the plumbing be replaced. So I knew something was going to happen just didn’t think this fast. I wanted a second opinion and Rocky’s came out and said the plumbings not pretty but there’s no reason it shouldn't work properly. He was able to pinpoint where the clog was most likely happening and it was a 4ft section of original cast iron pipe. He was right. The cast iron was completely clogged. He was out the next morning with 3 guys and a mini excavator replacing that section. Everything is working great now. He saved me money by properly diagnosing the issue. Honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. Thanks again Rocky's.

Rocky and Jody have done numerous jobs for us. The latest was hanging out porch swing. Rocky always responds right away, and his work is excellent!

Lowe's was supposed to deliver and hookup my washing machine. Delivered but not hooked up. They claimed my hot water hookup was corroded
It was not true. So I called Rocky. He came and got me hooked up and running in less than 10 minutes. He had sympathy for me and the fee was waived. He has compassion for senior citizens such as myself. I did use Rocky once before for a large job and he did it with experience, all parts were in his truck and it was done in one day. Best of all he came in a timely manner and called when he was on his way. Prompt service is its best advertisement.

I called Rocky because I had a leak that created a lot of damage and someone suggested the pressure may be too high. Sure enough it was greater than 120psi. Rocky came to the rescue and replaced my pressure reducer and added an expansion tank all at a very reasonable price. I use Rocky's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. I also have had family members and friends use them as well with complete satisfaction. Rocky and Jody are always promt when they are called and they are always professional. They make sure the job is done right. Rocky and Jody have always been so appreciative to have my business.I give Rocky's Plumbing five stars and I don’t give that out to just anyone. Thanks Rocky

Boy do I have the Plumber for you !! I called Rocky’s Plumbing in Chickamauga , Ga. to establish water connection and install a Combo washer / dryer combo unit. I was quoted a very fair price and a few hours later Rocky, Jody and their helper were back and quickly had me in business . Not only did they do a great job but Jody borrowed my vacuum cleaner and cleaned up every trace of dry wall dust, etc. I would recommend these guys without reservation and plan to use them exclusively for any further plumbing needs I may have. Rocky’s Plumbing is amazing !!!! … these two young men came into the home and inspection was done very quick followed up by solutions to our problems … they were extremely professional polite and VERY CLEAN from beginning to end as we had a not so clean problems … we had a toilet installed along with a bidet and they were so quick and efficient and beyond polite … don’t waste your time with anyone else these guys had only solutions to our problems … these guys are my plumbers for life and all of my friends will be getting there info as well !!!

Outstanding!! We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service we received from Rocky's Plumbing. Our main water line sprung a leak and they responded and replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone! I could tell they are men of integrity- very courteous, conscientious and were mindful of not letting the dogs out while they were in and out of the house and the fence was down to get the excavator in. A++++
