Our AC stopped blowing cold today, 3 hours before my son's birthday party. I called and they had someone out and the issue was fixed within an hour of my call and we were right back on track for our party. So thankful for this, especially on a weekend! This is the 2nd time we've used them and had a great experience last time as well.

Air Heat North has always been amazing. I just had to call them this morning because our unit decided it didn't want to cool any more. The were able to come out within an hour and a half, diagnosis the issue AND fix it. Kelly (our technician) was so great not only with my dogs but explaining what the problem was and getting it fixed. I am so thankful for their service.

I want to thank Rhett for helping figure out what my air conditioner issue was and Witt for getting out here this morning and getting me back up and running within 30 minutes. First time I’ve used this company but am very impressed with them! Called and told them I was having a problem with my A/C unit. Witt arrived within two hours after I called and had it repaired within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and questions. Very professional and courteous young man. Also, the bill was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again if needed!

We had a super complicated air vent that was impossible to get to due to our house being 100 years old and the crawl space having low clearance. The room it was in was the same one our thermostat and return vent are in as well, so our unit just kept running nonstop because the room could never get to temp. Fortunately, with the knowledge and problem solving skills of our Technician, Nick, he was able to fish the duct work through with a piece of PVC pipe and get our vent working for the first time since we’ve lived here! Nick is a great worker, optimistic, kind, and a great asset to your company. We are forever grateful for him and his hard work.

I have used Air-Heat 3 times now, 2 times to recharge my system, and finally today I had them replace both of my HVAC systems. Not once did they try to sell me anything until I asked them to. After getting 5 quotes, I worked with the owner of the company and he offered me a great deal to replace both of my systems. The guys showed up on time this morning, and worked nonstop until everything was done. Couldn't be happier with the service I received and confident I made the right choice. Thanks again.

Kelly did a wonderful job. As usual this company only provides top tier service. They are and have in my experience always been polite, punctual, honest, and more than fair. Kelly and Brando are heroes. They fixed what other folks had broken in our crawlspace. Much of our ductwork had been crushed by various workers who obviously did not care and simply slid over it causing quite a bit of damage. However, our two tech guys from Air Heat came on the scene and made it all right again. Thanks Kelly and Brando!

I'm so happy with my experience here. I feel like they're good and honest people that would help out wherever they could. As I was coming to leave this review I realized they close at 4 and the man that came to help us gave me a call TEN minutes before closing to let me know he was on his way. Now I know the majority of folk would just blow us off and leave it for tomorrow since it was so close to closing time. I'm very appreciative of these people and their work ethic. If you want to go without an air conditioner for over a month call this guy! He left me and my son suffering for over a month only to tell me that he can’t get the part for 12 weeks?!! This person was highly recommended by someone else and I wish I never met this guy and never let him at your house! He doesn’t care about you or your family! He’s got plenty of money he don’t need work! Find anyone but
