We are new homeowners and almost since day one we have had small water issues that have turned into big projects. Rocky has always made himself or his team available to us even if it meant coming and still till 1am to get the job done. They have always been extremely friendly and professional.

I’ve been having a PSI issue so I called and they were on another job but told me they would swing by right after. They came out and were able to get me both same day estimate and service, thank you guys for diagnosing and fixing my ongoing issues and helping me out on price. Couldn’t have went any smoother. I had a water heater emergency that was too big of a job for myself to do. I called Rocky and I'm so glad I did. Him and his crew came out and installed a new water heater. They did it very quickly and neatly and explained a lot of stuff while they worked. They fixed my outdoor hose faucet while they were here as well so now I can wash my car again. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber!

Rocky's plumbing is outstanding !!! Had several problems going on and couldn't get anyone out to correct the problem . Someone referred Rocky's, I am grateful they did ! Rocky sent Cody out to fix our problems. Cody was prompt and worked hard on resolving the issues.(Replaced water pressure reducer and tub drain ) He was happy to explain everything and answer all questions and concerns that I had. I definitely want waste my time on anyone else if I have other plumbing issues in the future !! Rocky's is the best

Plumbers aren't cheap, so you might as well get the best. That's these guys. They remodeled my shower and completely replumbed the house infeed lines in less than 3 days. Rocky even installed a nice sprayer faucet in my kitchen that he had on hand for no extra charge. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Can not recommend these guy enough. This day and age contractors get bad wraps, but these guys completely came through for us. They came out same day, worked until 10:30 at night to get things fixed, and came back the next morning to finish up and make sure everything was clean. I had a massive water pipe issue, and they fixed everything and explained each step along the way. Absolutely recommend Rocky, Jody & Team!

A delivery driver ran over the water spigot in our yard and we had to shut the water off until it could be repaired. Rocky's Plumbing arrived within a couple of hours and quickly had the spigot replaced with a more practical design. They were my first call because they had done such a great job for us last year; repairing leaks from a water heater install and a faucet. Both visits were completed within a few hours of calling and communication was excellent.

Rocky was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. We had an active leak and he showed up quickly, got the job done efficiently, and made the whole experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Rocky’s Plumbing again in the future and would happily recommend him to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

My sister had a generator installed and had a couple of problems with our system . Kelly Beasley was very knowledgeable and able to bypass the problem to get our air conditioning working properly . It was a tremendous help .

“Quote was too high for our budget”
^- This is the first review I left months ago with a three star review because they were so sweet but “too expensive “ well .. we have eatin our words because thank goodness they were able to come out and give us a second opinion when our new heating unit (that we regretfully had installed) had messed up three times since he installed it.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR… just get these professionals who are licensed and insured to do quality work and don’t go for just a recommendation from a friend.. these guys saved us and we are forever grateful. Wonderful service! Everything was explained very clearly from installation, clean up, installation time & financing. They did not let me down on any expectation. Heat pump installation.

Scott is the man! I didn’t get the two gents names who installed our downstairs unit but they came the next day after our old unit was inspected. They installed the new unit in a few hours. Scott looked for every way possible (to my knowledge) to see what was wrong with our old unit and to save my family money while I was with him and explained in detail the courses of action that could be taken very thoroughly. Lastly the front desk answered our phone calls within a few rings and she was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks guys! -The Fords

From the first call to the office to contact with their technician,
they really do have the "customer first" mindset. They do quality work to ensure that your HVAC system is doing what it supposed to do. Kelly is an absolute professional and downright nice guy.

Air / Heat installed a brand-new heat pump replacement system at my personal home in early February 2024.

This is an additional 5-Star Review! (Couldn’t see how to make another new review).

I took my actual EPB Electric bills from the first full month through the 6th month since Air Heat installed the 2.0 Ton Lennox heat pump replacement.

the actual bills show we have averaged in these first six months a solid 27% savings with several of the higher usage months giving a whopping 35% savings!

That average covers a wide range of weather with 6 months to go, but I'll bet it averages will end up averaging about 30% year-round savings!

I'm also going to try to get a IRS Credit (limited by maximum and what I actually might owe) for going to this more efficient heat pump.

Air Heat gave great service and a quality install and since the six months install, I have had no call backs!

Honest, professional, friendly company and service tech. This is the only HVAC company I will ever use.
I called after hours and left a message. The team called me back 10 minutes before they opened the next morning, and had a service technician at my house a couple hours later. I highly recommend.

Awesome service! After initally calling out North Georgia Heating and Air, then waiting over a week on an estimate to replace my unit, , Air Heat had a tech on site and my unit repaired in just a couple hours. Would definintely recommend. Prompt, friendly, and affordable service

Kind of weird!
Call Tim said I needed a quote on swapping out an AC unit. He said he would be there tomorrow and he showed up when he said he would, kind of weird. He looked at the job told me he would have a quote back to me the next day and he did, kind of weird. The quote was very reasonable. I asked him when they could start. He told me Wednesday and guess what they showed up when they said they would, kind of weird. They installed the unit and cleaned up after them selves, kind of weird. Now for the really weird part they gave me the bill and it was exactly what the quote was no hidden fees. Maybe this isn’t weird. Maybe they just do business the way it should be done.
