Called on Sunday morning of Memorial Day Weekend (2024), showed up in less than an hour and fixed our heat pump. Checked the balance and coolant, topped everything and we are living the cool life right now.

Today with it 90 degrees out and a holiday weekend I called as a new client and my call went to an answering service. I was called back almost immediately and the service man (Scott) was at my house within an hour. The AC unit was fixed promptly and checked out to make sure there were no other issues. Scott was extremely courteous and professional. This company has now gained a customer for all future needs, normal and emergency. My only regret is that I could only rate 5 stars. I would give them 10!!! Thank you Air Heat North and let Scott know I think very highly of him as I’m sure you do. Mention Damn Yankee and he’ll know who it is. Thank you!!!

This company has some of the absolute best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with.
We bought our unit from them five years ago. I thought that was the best customer service ever, but Witt went above and beyond this week to fix our unit when multiple power outages caused the ignition switch thingamabob to fail. I will absolutely recommend Air Heat to anyone who even mentions needing an HVAC company!

I called at midnight on Sunday and they answered and had Kelly Beesley out at my house first thing Monday morning. I had both my upstairs and downstairs units not working. Kelly diagnosed the problems quickly. He was timely and efficient in fixing my units problems. He had both of my A/C units working in around 3 hours. This included repairing a blower wheel and draining 20 gallons of water in my upstairs pan and replacing the drainer pipe with a more effective one. Prices are the best you will find. Completely fair and reasonable for the quality of service you will receive. I never do reviews but with how fast and diligently my problems were fixed I was compelled to do so. Do not hesitate to call Air Heat they are true professionals with integrity!

Singing nothing but GOOD PRAISES for Air-Heat, we've been dealing with this company for years, they're always so nice and get right on what ever problem we may have, this morning I called and right away they sent Witt (repairman), he didn't take long to find out we need a new part for our unit and just like that, it was fixed and purring like a kitten, THANK SO MUCH FOR HELPING OUT!!! We recently purchased our home and had to replace both AC units, one 5 ton unit and one 4 ton unit. We identified the issue after hours and Weston came out the next day to check our system. He gave us honest feedback on all of our options and didn't try to sell us parts or services that we didn't need. He was very personable and professional. A week later, the team (Chris and Rhett) came out to remove our old units and install new equipment. They were equally as personable and professional. In addition to doing the job they came to the house to do, they also identified a few legacy items that should have been corrected when the house was built, such as an improperly routed drain line in our crawl space. Even though it was not within their original scope of work, they cared enough to fix the other minor issues with no hassle about extra fees. It made us feel like they genuinely had our best interest in mind. Everyone that we have interfaced with from this company has been amazing and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services and we will continue to use them in the future.

Air and heat was very helpful in determining the best system for our bonus room. The installation went great. The team was courteous and trustworthy. Since the installation was not as complicated as first thought they offered a reduction. First rate company.

The thermostat on my heat unit went out over the weekend. I called at 8am on Monday and the technician was at my house by 9am! Bobby, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat. My house was warm by 10am! I am very appreciative of this company and highly recommend them.
