This company installed my roof and left the job incomplete. I have had shingles in front of my house for a month and a half, for the mother in law suite in my back yard. I have called numerous times with no response. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I had Stormpros replaced my roof a couple of years ago. There is a spot on the ridge where the plywood is broken from what looks like someone stepping on the roof when they were roofing it. It started leaking and I called them. They came out and looked at it and said they would schedule it to be fixed. I called several more times and they came and put a tarp over the damaged area. I call at least once a week and they have yet to fix the roof that is under their warranty. I first contacted them on March 1st. It is May 24th. I am still waiting. It would take them less than an hour to fix the small spot. They will do a roof but will not follow up and do the warranty work from their own employees. I guess I need to get a lawyer to get my roof fixed.

Kind of bummed. I called these guys to come out to check out our house and give us an estimate. We had mentioned that we had a few roofers out and were trying to make a decision as our insurance company told us to shop around. I'm not sure who the person was who came to our house, but he basically told us that the insurance companies send roofers on a wild goose chase and his price would be the same as the others. It's unfortunate we were dismissed like this, we were trying to get to know different companies based on good reviews to make a decision, not every company is the same although their prices may be. l wish storm pros wasn't already decided against working for us as they had good reviews and seemed promising. 🤷‍♀️

After a big storm, I noticed one of my shingles had slid off of the roof into the gutter. Storm Pros was very quick to respond to my call and come out for a look. In less than 2 days and a thorough repair, my roof is back to normal. What impressed me most was that with the inspection of my roof. It was noticed that not one but two shingles were improperly installed and the rain and wind damaged the shingles. Storm Pros explained what and how it was wrong and fixed the problem. The price for that quick service call and repair was much lower than I had anticipated. Great Job all around!
