Called them based on other reviews and I was not disappointed. I called and spoke with a nice lady on the phone who set an appointment. They arrived at the appointment time and quickly serviced my 4 zone system. They had to rebuild/replace a few heads and adjust and clean the rest. They were done in about an hour and the price was VERY reasonable. (actually less than I expected to pay). Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Professional and courteous service. The quote provided was very reasonable. Was notified in advance when weather delayed the project start time. Mr. Ron was friendly, reassuring, and provided a thorough explanation of the process. His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently without wasting time or engaging in unnecessary breaks. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We contacted Ron on a Friday and they had us fully operational in less than two weeks. They're very knowledgeable, fairly priced and a respectful crew. They were on time, finished that same day and cleaned up after themselves. Not many contractors will go above and beyond like Ron does! Can't recommend them enough!!

Ron and his crew are outstanding! Ron is the only person to call me back and come out for estimate in the same week, therefore he earned our business. His crew started and completed the work today. Can barely tell they trenched the ground. Ron gave us a tutorial how to operate the system. ONLY company in the Columbus area I will recommend to install sprinklers. Thank you Ron and crew.

Jon and his crew are absolutely amazing! They recently came out to fix a problem with my system, they were able to come out the next day, diagnose the issue and fix it! They’ve done previous work for us with installing new zones or finding and fixing issues from areas that were previously installed in the home. Would highly recommend!

I recently needed assistance with a leak repair. I called R&R and left a message, within a couple of hours, Gabby called me back, was extremely pleasant and setup a timely appointment! Shane and William arrived early on the repair day! They were very professional and explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job with the repair. I highly recommend R&R and their team!
