Tim and Classic City Construction did a great job remodeling the exterior of our house and installing new windows. Although the estimate was slightly higher than some other contractors, I could tell that the quality of the work would be better, and I was right about that. The house looks fantastic and I feel that I paid a fair price.

I have a kitchen drawer that was structurally falling apart because its tracks had become deformed (the previous owner of my house let it stay like this for years). Austin came out and took care of everything for $65 parts and labor! That's pretty good if you ask me. My time is valuable. If I had tried to do this on my own I would have probably screwed it up for one thing, but it also would have taken me several hours. That's worth more than $65... And we're very happy with his work!

SPS is my go to for jobs around my house. Austin has managed multiple jobs for me and the qualities I have experienced are professionalism, thoroughness, polite, friendly and anticipatory. Austin has noticed things, brought them to my attention and I have either told him to take care of it then, or started a new list of to do’s and brought him back later. Austin is a professional that I can leave alone in my house if it’s necessary.
