We just had Allen Crowe from Comfortmasters out to our home to determine why the central air quit working so soon after the previous service call 11 days ago. Allen found the problem in short order (maybe five minutes after he began work on it); a blown capacitor on the interior blower motor--totally unrelated to the previous issue.

He not only had us back up and running within 15 minutes, but also did NOT charge us labor fees!! One thing I don't understand, though....I looked up the part that was replaced; and the price I found for it online was considerably less than the price I paid for repair. That said, I will call on them again the next time we need to replace our system.

Allen Crowe was my Comfort Specialist today and he was and is such a Professional person, he came on time and presented himself and as he entered my home he just felt like some I could trust. in preparation for the fall/winter season and also treated and clean up the coil by our request since it was emitting foul smell throughout entire hose. Professional Accommodating Performance is the best way to describe his visit. Keep it up, way to go!!!!

We had to have A/C serviced for a real estate contract…Comfort Masters in Columbus GA was contacted. Mr. Allen Crowe was sent out…he was on-time, very professional and went about the work. He explained each step, showed me the results and overall was a very positive interaction. If we even have a problem I’m calling them again, no doubt.

I would like to echo many of the previous comments and say that you should call Comfortmasters and ask for Mr. Allen Crowe to help you with your heating and air issues! He was prompt and professional, extremely nice, experienced and knowledgeable. He resolved our AC issues quickly. I couldn't recommend his services enough!

I would like to say that I have been a customer of Comfortmaster's since ~2003. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work. Recently my system was serviced for it's spring/summer service. Allen Crowe came out promptly on the day scheduled. He was very professional in his dress, customer service, and work ethic. He practiced all of the safety protocols due to the pandemic in order to make me feel more secure. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He tested the system, cleaned the drain line thoroughly, cleaned the outside system, etc.

The office staff is wonderful too! They make it easy to sign the yearly service contract that I purchase. I know some people may not believe in the service contract, but I have felt that it benefits me. I have an older unit. It is serviced twice per year for a reasonable cost. It makes me feel more at ease.

He was able to quickly diagnose and solve an overlooked issue we had experienced with a leaking unit. His friendly go above and beyond attitude is exactly the service needed in these uncertain times.

Allen Crowe, Comfort Specialist, was extremely cordial, prompt, my dog initially loved him, and as he installed what he came to do, he also pointed out some other things that definitely needed tending to. He explained everything he was doing, which he performed marvelously, and cleaned up after himself like a champ!

The representative, Allen Crowe, was very polite and professional. He arrived at our residence within the assigned time and immediately went to determine the source of our cooling problem. He had to go into the attic to determine if our unit was functioning correctly or if our problem was the thermostat itself. Luckily, it was the thermostat, and Mr Crowe had a new easier to program thermostat to install in our home without having to order one. We are very satisfied with his work, professionalism, and friendly character. We have always been satisfied with Comfortmasters and will continue to call them with our cooling and heating units.

We requested a service call from ComfortMasters at 10 AM and had service technician Allen Crowe here at 1PM. He was very prompt and explained everything to me that was needed in detail so that I could understand the issue.
