Allen Crowe came out following our request for service on both our units and was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and even corrected a few minor issues on the spot. There is true “peace of mind” when technicians are honest, capable and personable. Allen’s behaviors are why we’ll stay with Comfort Masters even when it’s time to upgrade/replace. Thanks!

I have a service agreement with Comfortmasters, and Allen Crowe performed the spring service for us last week. He was professional and friendly and made sure our system was working properly. He spent extra time making sure a slight clog in our drip line was fully cleared and showed me how to do some preventive maintenance so we won't have clogs in the future. Comfortmasters heating and air is an excellent company. Had ac unit and furnace installed last year and they were very professional and pricing was good. They did alot of extra things to make sure that everything was running efficiently.
Today was my first service on unit performed by Allen Crowe and all looked fine. Allen and his partner are very pleasant and knowledgeable in their service work.

Allen Crowe went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during my recent appointment. I appreciated his attention to detail while checking out my air conditioning unit. While in my attic, he saw a problem unrelated to my AC system, showed it to me and corrected it for no additional charge. I had a great experience with Comfortmasters. Allen Crowe came to my home last week to service my air conditioner for the summer and did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I'd noticed a difference in my A/C performance prior to scheduling the appointment and thought there might be a problem. He found it right away and explained what it was and how he would fix it.
