Woke up this morning, no heat....Called Comfortmasters Heating & Air in Columbus Ga. and within the hour had a technician at the house, Allen Crowe diagnosed the issue, got the part needed and by noon we had heat again.....excellent service very dependable........(homeowner, Jeremiah Donovan.)

Allen went above and beyond servicing our A/C units. In the 17 years We've had our units serviced I have never seen anyone wash the units. He is professional and courteous.

Allen Crowe and all of the other techs are great ! Have always used this company and over the years they have not disappointed. They are very responsive and get out to the site quickly. They make sure to let you know all of your options for repair upfront and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Allen can out to service our unit. It was the best service call we have had on the unit. Allen did very good work and explained what he was doing to me.
He checked thing in the unit that I don't believe have ever been checked.

This company does not even deserve a single star. Their customer service is horrible, the receptionists had a horrible attitude, the owner is money hungry, and that's all he was concerned about. They installed the entire system in my new home and after a year the system started giving me problems. They sent out an inexperienced technician who was guessing at the problem with the system. In summary, I had three issues within a two weeks period, and all I could get out of the owner was, "if we come back out to your home, there will be an $85 service fee". He even had the nerve to tell me he could send a technician out for a 4th time but it would have to be after hours, and I would be responsible for the overtime of HIS employee. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. There are much better HVAC companies in the area to choose from.

Great techs who are competent and considerate. They are honest which is a huge factor when it comes to evaluating your HVAC system. I’ve used them for years and have always been very pleased with their work. Their prices are very competitive. Overall, excellent group of people to deal with.

Allan Crowe came out to help fix some problem ductwork today and was very professional, knowledgable, and straightforward. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, why it was wrong, and how he was fixing the problem. I highly recommend Allan and Comfort Masters!!

I called Comfortmasters this morning because our heater was not working properly. They came out that afternoon. Mr. Crowe was very professional. He discovered a bad wire. Mr. Crowe was able to rewire all connections. My heating system is now working properly.

Thanks again for service on my heat unit. Haven't needed your assistance for a while but when I did you sent the best! Allen Crowe was more than acquit and spotted the problem right off. Allen was knowledgeable, professional, and had a great sense of humor.

Mr. Allen Crowe fixed our gas furnace this past Friday.
Mr. Crowe was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained the problem thoroughly ( we learned quite a bit!) and fixed it promptly.
We could not be more satisfied with Comfortmasters and Mr. Crowe.

Alan was a great technician when he serviced our home this summer. He arrived early after calling ahead and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. He came prepared with parts specific to our units and completed the repair in under one hour. He also confirmed the system was worker prior to leaving and gave us his direct phone number should issues reappear. Pricing for service was competitive.

I would like to give a big SHOUT OUT from Landmark Church of the Nazarene to Allen Crowe, Comfort Specialist for his promptness in answering our service call late on a Wednesday afternoon. With the exception of Sunday's, Wednesday's are our next busiest day of the week with people hustling in the kitchen in preparation of our Wednesday Night Ministry Meal before all other ministry begins. We began to realize that the sanctuary was not getting any cooler and people would be coming in soon for dinner and Worship. Upon contacting Comfortmasters, Allen Crowe came to our rescue just in time to fix the a/c problem and had the building cooling once again before people started arriving.
