Keith at Indoor Solutions did a very thorough job getting my new heat pump installed. He also included new air vent caps downstairs on every vent which was an unexpected plus. Indoor Solutions did the calculations required to size my unit properly before running my credit or expecting me to sign anything, which was a nice change. He was able to provide the financing terms I needed.

Both technicians were very polite and courteous. They notified me when they were on their way to my residence and arrived promptly. They both did a great job with maintenance on the HVAC unit

Talen came to diagnose my air conditioner and did an excellent job. I explained that my home warranty required a phone call before they would approve any work, and he made sure to handle that before leaving. I really appreciated him taking the extra time to make the call so everything was set up correctly for me. He was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the visit. Keith Kinchen and Rick Hall were excellent throughout my AC installation. Keith helped me choose the right system and took the time to answer all my questions during the consultation. Rick made sure the installation was done properly and exactly the way I wanted. Both went above and beyond to ensure everything was right and that I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Called in the morning and had Talen come out that afternoon to install a part on our HVAC system. Talen was super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, he explained exactly what he was going to do and showed me that the part installed was functioning properly. Great service, great tech and great experience.

Jason, our technician is FLIPPING AMAZING!!! He's been here to do our services (and strange repairs that even baffle him sometimes) quite a few times and every time he's professional, courteous and fast as possible. He's got quality, quantity, speed AND knowledge. Jason is pretty much a part of our lives (at least twice a year) and we always look forward to seeing him. Indoor Solutions is a great company with great people. Below this they are asking me to select which services we've received and wow, I didn't realize it, but, Jason has done most of these in the past few years.

My system had a problem over the New Year’s holiday. I contacted the office and of course they were out for the holiday however, they immediately sent someone over. The technician took their time, explained everything to me and repaired the problem and informed me that Wednesday the following week they would send a technician out to do my maintenance And service on my new unit. When the technicians arrived the younger one, Talon took charge and explained everything to me and what had happened to cause the problem. He knew exactly what to do where to check. It was very professional and very talented. I knew right away he must’ve been the owner son. This is a great company. They care about their customers and are very prompt and handling. Any problem you may have. Talon has a great future ahead of him a very professional young man I would recommend them any day.

I called this company because my outdoor unit was frozen and not defrosting properly, which I clearly explained when scheduling the service call.

The technician thawed the unit, checked refrigerant (it was low), and recommended a leak test, which I approved. I was then told the system wasn’t defrosting due to low refrigerant and that I needed either an evaporator coil replacement or a full system replacement. I also asked them to listen to a compressor noise on shutdown and was told it was a concern, despite it having existed for years without issue.

What was not done was testing of the defrost board or defrost sensor — the main reason for my call. Despite this, they quoted $2,600 to replace the evaporator coil (including labor) and never quoted or identified the failed defrost board or sensor.

After the visit, a salesperson spent nearly four hours reviewing full system replacement options only.

I later received a replacement quote from another company that was $6,000 less than this company’s base quote and nearly $20,000 less than their highest option.

A third company immediately tested the defrost board, confirmed it had failed, and stated the compressor noise was normal. They explained that evaporator coil leaks are common on ~10-year-old units and that adding refrigerant was a reasonable option to extend the system’s usable life.

Total repair cost (excluding a future evaporator coil replacement) was under $1,000, with the evaporator coil quoted at about $1,000 more.

This felt far more like a sales-driven process than a diagnostic service call. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion.

Talen was extremely knowledgeable and professional while helping with my AC issue. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on instead of just fixing it and leaving. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to give helpful maintenance tips and educate me on how to better care for my system to avoid future issues. His customer service, patience, and attention to detail really stood out.

Ray Ibarra from Indoor Solutions Inc and his crew of Tyler and Romo installed a new Bryant HVAC system in our home today - removing the old and professionally installing the new much more energy efficient system along with additional ductwork and a new air register - great work in every aspect.
