I had a hot water tank spring a leak and flooded my house. Jackson was able to send out a plumber to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one all in less than 24 hours. The plumber, Jerremy B, was fast, efficient, and very professional. All in all, I am extremely grateful to the team at Jackson Services for their rapid response to my disaster. Thank you so much!

We are so happy that the technician Justin was able to locate a replacement part for the main electrical board for our 25+ year old furnace. We had previously been told that due to the age of our unit it would be impossible to locate the needed parts but Justin was able to locate the needed equipment the following business day. To be able to repair the system to working condition without having to replace the entire unit is such a blessing. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future for all our heating and air system needs. Thanks again!

Nathan was absolutely amazing. From the time he showed up to the time he left he was completely honest with pricing and what it would take to fix it. He did an amazing job as everything had to be replaced because we had a really bad water leak. He cleaned all of his mess up and left everything looking brand new again. Everyone here is polite fast and great at their jobs. They got my old system out and the new one in all in one day. Showed up early and worked all day. My attic is no easy task to work around and they got it done well! Had a couple friends recommend them and I cannot say enough good things.

In February of this year (2025) I made the decision to switch my total heating/air conditioning system which was total electric over to a more efficient heat pump system. I had no idea where to start my search for the best, most professional, reliable, trustworthy and affordable HVAC company. I relied on a good friend who I knew I could depend on to recommend a company he trusted. He totally recommended I contact ISI. When I contacted ISI for an estimate they sent their Representative out the very next day. I was immediately made to feel comfortable with him in my home (I am a Widow) being professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Before making any recommendations, he asked what I was looking to achieve in making this switch. He answered my quetions in a way that I could understand. He then looked at the system I had (inside and under my house) and took measurements. He then let me know what would need to be done to achieve and exceed my expectations. He said he would email me their proposal. Much to my surprise, his proposal arrived the next morning with not just one system, but three different system recommendations for my consideration. Ofcourse, I had questions, so I called and he immediately responded answering all of my questions to help me in making my decision. The scheduling was made easy to fit my availability. Three days later, as scheduled, I received a call letting me know that their crew was on its way. Jason, one of their Head Techs introduced himself as well as all of the other guys who would be working with him. They immediately went to work on removing my old system before the new installation could begin. I was told the total job would be completed in 2 days, which I didn't see how that could be possible with all that was involved in a total system switch. I was so amazed at how these guys all worked to accomplish this. These guys didn't even take a lunch break for the 2 days they were here. I can't say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. I was amazed that the owner of ISI, Terry Hutchinson, showed up on both days to inspect the work as it was being done, as well as the Sales Representative. I was amazed and very pleased how they all worked together to make sure this major project was being done to my satisfaction. And yes, they completed this major system change in the 2 days as promised. As an added plus, they cleaned, removed all scraps ( to include my old system parts and pieces) and to my surprise they even laid pine straw all around my new outside unit (at NO additional cost to me). I am normally reluctant to write reviews, BUT, I waited a month to write this since I needed to see how efficient this new system was. The results are: my electric power bill came in a $150.00 less than with my old system, this new system is more efficient, much quieter, and best of all, the quality of air in my home is so much better. If you are looking for or needing any type of heating, air or duct work done and want a company who is Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Punctual, Dependable, Honest, Friendly and Affordable, you should definitely give ISI a call. I know I am looking forward to a long and lasting relationship with Terry and everyone who helped me at ISI.
