Quentin came to give me a quote for a new water heater replacement. He was very knowledgeable about water heaters and about the company's policies regarding installation. He even entertained my questions about a tankless water heater even though I knew I couldn't get one 😭

Charley Walker is an excellent service technician. He went above and beyond to assure that we receive the excellent service he feels that we deserve! I have gone through too many companies trying to upsell me on expensive and unnecessary equipment. The fraud and misrepresentation running rampant in this type of business is disgusting. I have used Jackson Servuces in the past for a tankless hot water heater, and they were professional throughout the entire project! Charley is committed to having a satisfied, repeat customer for life. Great customer service, quick response during Urgent Hour time, fast diagnosis and repair. We called 3 companies to see who could get to us the fastest. From the call to complete repair, under 2 hours.

Ended up with no heat on one of the coldest days . Jackson services has always been prompt and professional in the many years we have used them . They sent Justin Reed out to our house within hours . He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem … the wires on the disconnect were fried ! . He was knowledgeable and explained everything he did . Friendly and respectful , 5 stars !

My second review of the week. Turns out that my issue with main zone cooling was a little more complicated than damper settings, although that was part of the problem. Jamie Smith came out and discovered a faulty damper and low refrigerant. Jamie is super talented! One day later, the jump to Stage 2 cooling has stopped, and all zones are maintaining temp. Also a special shout out to Miss Rhonda (whom I’ve talked to for years) who was able to schedule us so quickly! The whole Jackson Services team is awesome from top to bottom! Many Thanks! Today we used Jackson services for our air conditioner. They were fantastic! The office was well organized in regards to assisting to get someone out immediately. Seth was our service man. He was professional and polite. He explained everything in detail and gave us options to consider. The cost was very fair! Our unit was from 1994! And finally needs retired. We will be going through the process of getting that and Praise God they do offer financing. I really appreciate all they have done and feel confident the next phases will be great. Seth left us with A/C which is great. I give 5 stars for everything. I highly recommend them and will refer others to them.

Can’t say enough good stuff about Jackson Services. Had another company replace our leaking water heater. Reported the issue and they gave a great response to diagnose that it needed to be replace. Picked up a new heater that day then after many failed attempts to get them finally got them here, 2 days later. Went south from there. These guys aren’t focused on customer expectations nor meeting their commitments. They did some handyman work and left after I fired them. Called Jackson and spoke with Ally. Very impressed with everything to schedule. Technician, Chris Norris, called before arriving with ETA. Chris was early which for me is right on time. Very professional with providing details of problem and explaining what was needed to resolve. Completed in estimated time and his work was excellent. We are new to Jackson providing plumbing services. I provided IT services for 40+ years and these two are some of the very best I’ve seen and exceeded in meeting my expectations.

Charlie Walker was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part that was needed in a timely manner.

We have been with Jackson Heating and Air for over 24 years. They have been 5 stars the whole time. Today was just another case of first class service. Jacob Snyder was sent out to check our HVAC system. He was on time, professional and answered our questions. I don’t remember name of ladies I talked to set this check up, but they were extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend their Service/maintenance plans, sure gives one piece of mind. Fast response on a Sunday. Friendly knowledgeable technician repaired my heater quickly.

I was very impressed with the quality and the technician that came out to do my job. I called them this morning and they were able to send Justin out for the inspection today. He was able to get the air conditioner fixed. I will be calling them if I have any problems.

Charlie Walker did a great job. He came in to fix the job less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind.
