The company is great but, what really stood out to me was HVAC Tech named Noah, he’s been out to 3 service calls that I’ve made and he’s been excellent every single time without fail. He’s knowledgeable, kind and professional. He even explains everything if as he does it so there’s no misunderstanding. Keep up the great work!

Tim Hyatt performed my system maintenance check up. He was prompt, thorough and professional. I always have a great experience with the technicians from Air Force Heating and Air.

Our AC system was making a loud noise so we called Air Force Heating and Air. The technician who responded was Noah, and he was very competent and knowledgeable. He was also very polite and answered all our questions. As a result we purchased a complete AC system to ensure we would have a new system that would last for many years to come.

Colin arrived on time, was very professional and completed our yearly maintenance in a timely manner. We are very pleased with Air Force Heating and Air and highly recommend them to our friends and family!

It's important to me to keep my A/C unit working properly. My service technician (Tim Hayett) was on time, very nice, efficient and very professional. I recommend using Airforce Heating and Air to keep your unit running smoothly.

Everything was okay at first but I had an issue with my draining pipe clogged and water was running down onto the floor. The service guy was very informative about how this could have happened but my system is not even a year old yet. So the price they want me to pay for maintenance, I shouldn't have to pay.

First thing is that I hated to have to call them out so much, but you (Airforce HVAC) always have proven yourself dependable.

From Charles to Shayne and now Noah, the guys are always kind, friendly, and thorough with their work.

I highly recommend you (Airforce HVAC)!!!

Continued… Hunter came out today and changed the thermostat, he did a great job! He was professional and kind! He took the time to show me how to use and program the thermostat! Would highly recommend any of the installers/ repair people!

With that said though, I have a huge problem with the management, it took four months to have the correct thermostat installed. I feel like once my check cleared, the office stopped caring about us! I’m extremely frustrated with the customer support after the install. There were multiple times they said they would be out to change the thermostat and then did not show up! One of those days cost me an unnecessary day off at my job! The only reason I’m leaving my rating as 5 stars is because how wonderful Hunter, Trey and Jeff were! Please, address your customer service!

Tristan was prompt, courteous and very professional. Couldn't ask for a better technician. Showed up when he said he would and very thorough in his work. Even on a Saturday morning in 40 degree weather.

Derek was the technician that responded to my house. I was very impressed with him. Derek was quick to discover what my issue was and helpful in creating a plan moving forward with caring for my HVAC system. I hope he is my same technician from here on out.

I always have a great experience with Air Force Heating and Air. The tech, Charles Whitlock, was very professional and knowledgeable while performing service on my HVAC system. Air Force Heating and Air has a great service plan that they offer, and I appreciate the awesome service that they provide.

Great survice. Very polite and gave all details as he serviced my unite. I call for service one day and he came the next day and serviced my unit.

I just had a maintenance check. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a helpful tip about one of my thermostats. Very pleasant person. Nice to work with.

The guys were at my home within a couple of hours and had the problem diagnosed quickly. They were able to submit a warranty claim and get us back up and running in a day or so. Great job.

They came out quickly and had the ac diagnosed within minutes. Noah did a great job of explaining everything and he had it fixed and cooling the house in no time. Very polite and professional.

Tristin Bryan at Air Force HVAC was outstanding! He was prompt, courteous & explained the trouble with our unit clearly. He even went to the trouble to double check our warranty…, unfortunately it had expired, so it was a little pricier than we’d hoped, but that had nothing to do Tristin or Air Force HVAC. We’ve used Air Force HVAC in the past, and have always had terrific service with them & cannot say enough great things about this company & their employees. Thank you Tristin!

We were very pleased with the service Noah provided in fixing out HVAC problem. So satisfied, we purchased a maintenance plan with them to help maintain our air conditioner.

From the time I called to report the problem to the time Noah was dispatched, was around an hour and a half.

I highly recommend Airforce to come and service your air conditioner unit.

Update 11-10-2015
We had our first HVAC inspection since buying the maintenance plan. Noah came out to inspect the AC system and gave us very helpful advice and information about future improvements. The appointment setup was a breeze and done in a timely manner. Noah goes above and beyond while doing his job by explaining what he did and what he was looking for.

Technician came out for regular servicing on Mon. The very next day my brand new HVAC system they installed about a year ago shut down. We have no heat and the temps went into the low 30's. I called twice tue night for Emergency service and once at 8am the next day. I explained each time that i have an 81yr old person in the house.... i still have not received a call back...
