Don from Energy Savers of Columbus came out this morning to make sure our heater was ready for the winter, and he was amazing! From the first call til the last the representatives were profes patient & helpful. I received alerts about the technician being on his way,and he was very pleasant. He educated me about my units ,and serviced them both in a timely manner.

I like the non contractual plan that can be canceled at anytime, but I don't intend to as Long as they continue to do a great job. He service fee is waived if you intend to have them make repairs. The fee was 80 something to come out. I'm already set up for my next service call. Thanks and I'd definitely recommend them.

Our heater went out and because it was so old and was possible couldn't get the parts and when I called Energy Savers of Columbus they came out and then set up an appointment. They came around 07:45 and did not leave until 6:20pm and I was very impressed by the professional service I received.

When I call, they answer or get back to me ASAP. They use texting and phone. They follow up. And Greg Drummond seems to remember us no matter how long it's been since he dealt with us. The techs have always been as courteous and helpful as possible.

Our technician, Ricky, was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. He walked us through everything so we understood exactly what was going on.
We originally tried to go through our home warranty, but the professionals they wanted to send said they couldn’t come out because the weather was expected to be too bad. That’s why we were trying to get someone out the day before — we had already spent one night without heat, and temperatures are expected to be in the low teens tomorrow.

Had an issue with heater not working during a cold period. Got an appointment in one day and the service engineer Dave Smith called before showing up, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got the heater working. Additionally, he provided recommendations of future services needed. Overall, great service. Thank you!
