Micah and his team came to evaluated our old HVAC systems and provided us with recommendations for replacement. We selected his company to replace our systems because of his responsiveness, professionalism and price. So far we couldn’t be happier with our decision and we would recommend SuperCool to everyone!

Best experience EVER! Micha was very knowledgeable and experienced with what we needed. He came out quickly and had our new system installed in one day. His helpers were very nice and did a great job of making sure they kept the work area organized and cleaned up when they were done. We could not have asked for a better experience. The service was everything you'd expect from a locally owned business. Realistic estimate with realistic timeline for completion of the job. The house was left clean after the job. The manager was very direct and honest with the product and the service they could provide. I highly recommend these guys if you are used to dealing with normal people instead of a big company that only has a branch here in Columbus.

We could not be happier with Super Cool! Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year. Micah and his team were incredibly responsive. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and effectively. We had a new unit installed and running all within 72 hours of our initial call. After everything was installed, they followed up to ensure everything was working to our expectation. While we hope to not need service for a while, Super Cool will always be our first call!

Micah and team were very professional, affordable and knowledgeable. They offered advice where changes could be made to alleviate problems with the drainage system from the attic unit. He made the change and we have not had another issue with the drip pan filling and triggering the shutoff. This was a repair 3 other companies were not able to correct. Super Cool knows how to do things right!

Micah and his team were very responsive when I called with A/C issues. Supercool came out that same day (with in 2 hours of my call) and began troubleshooting my system. Even though they weren’t the installers, they worked on my behalf to get my defective parts replaced under warranty. They came back out the next morning maybe had us up and going by lunch. Supercool will be the only A/C service company we will call going forward. Micah was very professional and explained everything along the way. Reasonable pricing, great quality and superior customer service.

My AC went out on a Sunday night during an early summer heatwave, called Supercool first thing Monday morning. They were there to help right away and fixed everything quickly. I appreciate they were able to work me into their busy day. They were kind, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and very honest with all my options. Highly, highly recommend!

Micah and his team do excellent work! My heating unit went down and Supercool came out the same day and got us back up and running. Micah discovered that it was just a wire that had gone bad. He replaced the wire and did not try to sell me on upgrading anything else. You won’t find a more honest, hardworking group of people than the folks at Supercool! They will have my business from here on!

On 4/4/2024 I made a call to Supercool and talked with Micah Riley, the owner about my Air Conditioner Unit that he didn't even install. I had no ideal about his Business or any other affiliation as well. Mr. Riley was extremely courteous, respectful, customer service friendly, and he was honest. I will be using his company moving forward because he earned it by his professionalism.

Let me just say I couldn’t have had anyone better to provide heating and air services for my home. Supercool was amazing from the beginning to the end of the process. If you are looking for amazing customer service, top-tier expertise in the field, and consistent communication during the repairs process, then Supercool is it! …told me all the options for the issue I was having and even encouraged me to get a second opinion on replacement of the entire unit. Pricing was very fair and the installation was quick, clean, and professional. 10/10 would recommend or use again!! Although hopefully won’t need to for a while! Whole team went above and beyond.

Shout out to Micah. He was very thorough, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. I reached out to Supercool about 3 weeks ago because my AC unit was not working. I did not schedule an appointment as this was an unexpected event. Micah was able to work me in the same day called and , did a great job of locating what the issue was. The part I needed was not in stock which prevented Micah frocompletinged the job that day. He got on the phone with manufacturers to see when the part would be available. He was apologetic and offered me the option to go somewhere else if I couldn't wait that long on the part. It took 3 weeks for the part to arrive but Micah kept me informed this whole time while waiting. The part actually arrived sooner than they expect, d and he was able to get the job done today in no time. Please support this local business owner. You will not regret it. Thanks again for your help and service. Will definitely recommend you to my friends, fami, y and coworkers.

Micah comes anytime we call him. We love that. He’s reliable and REASONABLE. If anything is wrong with your AC and/or heat he’s going to get you right.

Mr. Micah is awesome! He helped me with advice for an existing problem with my HVAC for no charge. He later serviced our home quickly and affordable. His staff was kind and courteous as well. So glad excellent customer service still exists!

I had my heat pump/hvac unit replaced. These guys were prompt, professional, and did everything as agreed. They did a neat, clean job at a very reasonable price!

Awesome company. I needed a whole new AC unit. They were upfront and honest, and also the most affordable of all the companies we called. Unlike the larger companies, these guys didn't try to play salesman and are very honest about what needs and doesn't need to be done. Our home blows nice, fresh and subarctic air again ❄️ Don't go anywhere else, let these guys do you right!
