I was getting ready to pay a diagnostic fee from another company for someone to come out to my house and check out my heating. With other companies it's so difficult to talk to somebody who actually knows what they're doing--you have to just talk to the receptionist. When I called super cool they just walked me through some of the common problems and I was able to fix it over the phone And they didn't charge me anything. Super responsive and kind. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend!

We gave Supercool Service a call when our air conditioner quit working this past weekend. The service tech Lee was very professional and informative. He got our unit working again, and we were very happy how responsive and affordable they are! We will be calling them when we are ready to replace our 22 year old system!

Service was much quicker than anticipated. Very kind, and even gave us some great tips on caring for our AC unit. We'll definitely contact Supercool again when the need arises!

Supercool came to the rescue! AC was out for days. They came and worked nonstop until the old unit was removed and the new unit installed. Nice, kind and courteous. Could not recommend them enough I wish I could leave six stars!

Mike and the guys are awesome. Extremely professional and prompt to answering your call. They were very transparent with what needed to get done and honestly I shopped around for quotes and they were the most fair in terms of price and didn’t take my lack of knowledge for a chance to upcharge like a lot of other companies had when I was quoted. They installed 3 separate services, 2 being package units and ran all new duct work. It was a very smooth process and they worked until the job was finished and kept me in the loop as soon as anything changed. I will be using them to service and install all my HVAC units at all of our rental and residential properties going forward.

Supercool was very responsive and professional when I called for ac repair. They came out within one hour of my call and had our AC unit running and cool air flowing in our house. The repair man was incredibly nice and professional. If your needing a professional and honest AC repair, hands down go with Supercool Service!

From the initial phone call to completion of install, this company had me taken care of in two days. When your house is nearly 90 degrees because of a faulty AC system, you cant put a price on getting things evaluated, quoted and fixed as quickly as possible. Supercool does NOT cut corners and you won’t beat their prices for the quality of work you’re getting. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Supercool Services is very professional and provided excellent service. They have reasonable prices. I called on Friday for a price and they were here on Monday, on time to install the new a/c unit. Micah and the whole team were very helpful with everything.

Supercool Services provided excellent service from start to finish. The cost was very reasonable and timely. I contacted them last week for an estimate. My old unit was removed on Monday and new unit was installed on Tuesday. Other companies that I called had a 2-4 week wait time on installs. I am very pleased with Supercool!

I will give 10/10 for this company and Micah’s service. They did a great job with installing a new air conditioner system in my house! Micah is so knowledgeable and really helpful about answering all my questions about the system and his staff is very friendly too. I will recommend this company to my other friends in the future since it’s also cheaper compared to other companies.

Supercool came out and inspected/serviced our entire HVAC system, as well as consulted us on how to properly maintain it. They discovered issues stemming from neglect as well as improper work done from previous contractors. Our system is performing much better and efficiently now. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and spoke to us in terms that were clear and easy to understand. Don’t hesitate to call these guys for a new system install or servicing an existing system.

I would highly recommend Micah Riley with Supercool Services. He came the next day after I called him to check out my unit. I suspected it had to be replaced due to the age (30 yr) which was confirmed. Got quote the next day which was a great price. He installed a couple of days later. I was out of town for the install but he communicated thru text and sent pictures. Great customer service and experience!

I've got a brand new system! I spent these past 5 days without any AC when my hvac decided to quit on me. It was labor day weekned so everyone was closed for the weekend to include Monday. We did some calling around for estimates on Tuesday and when I called Super cool, the person on the phone had a warmth about him that made this company easy to choose. Their rates where cheaper than others yes, but you can tell they were going to be the best for the job and not make you feel like you've been had or something. Micah and Gary were out the next day after getting the information over the phone for a walk through, then they came back the following day (which is today) for my brand new HVAC unit installation. They corrected things that were ill fitting and just plain wrong from another company and their work and work ethic is unmatched. They came and did a service that wasn't rushed or half completed in an effort to leave quickly. They put in the time and the quality is both apparent and appreciated. They were courteous, polite and professional all the way through. He cared about me as a customer and went over and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Nothing really to say besides all positive things about Micah and his crew at Supercool. 5 out of 5 Stars! I tried to replace something myself and it did not go as planned. Micah and his team bent over backwards to fix my mistakes and was very professional. Highly recommended and will be using Supercool from now on.

Contacted Micah Riley at Supercool to see if they could replace my unit at my home. Gave me a great price and was able to show up within a week to fully replace my old unit. Showed up right when they said they were going to and made sure the unit was fully operational and running as should before leaving. Also stated that could contact anytime if issues arise, would highly recommend and use them again for any ac/heating services.

Super Cool went above and beyond on installing a new AC unit. The quality and detail of how they work was second to none. They worked steady until the job was finished and when they took a break to get a drink they even brought me one back from the store. Great company and I will be recommending them to my friends and clients.
