I had a unit that stopped blowing cold air, I call D ‘n A at 1:30 and the owner was at my house by 3:00. It tuned out that the outside breaker by the unit had bad wiring that had burnt. He replaces the entire breaker box all the way from the unit to the house. It is running great now. This just happened today while we are in a Heat Advisory, and he was still able to get to me today. This a great company and has always been available when I need them.

I called this after working a long day on the trail outside doing stressful Army taskings and Amy at the desk responded. She gave myself the most ignorant of all to HVAC and plumbing fantastic advice for free!!! She trouble shot my issue with the most brief explanation on my part trying to formulate sentences with a TBI. By God's grace this lady can read my mind and she elaborated at the most thorough extent to fix my problem. I was worried about my utility closet will be a pool, but thanks to Amy she may have saved myself a ton of financial stress. If this lady is married hee husband should count his blessings.

DNA is the BEST company I have ever had to do business with. I was having problems with my heating unit, and from my 1st initial call, Ismeal listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, reassured me and put my mind at ease. He was wonderful!! The next morning, Justin, service technician, came and he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me informed of what he was doing the whole time he was there and made sure I was totally comfortable using the system before he left. Then Amy, (office manager), is so sweet. She called to follow up to make sure I was happy with the services and I didn't need anything. WOW, what a great company. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for heating/air services. They are all AWESOME. They treat you like family and makes you feel like you are a part of their DNA!! Love it!❤️

Justin and Matthew were great!! They really helped us out and were so nice. We had to get a whole new AC unit and vents cleaned. They were here from 9am to 7pm working hard on getting it fixed for us even when they had 2 people call out on them today. We are so pleased and can already tell and difference! I definitely recommend these two technicians and also the company!! Thank yall!

I had a great experience with Justin. He came out to assist with my AC unit not turning on and off like it should. He fixed the issue and was very kind in professional. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend DNA for all of your Heating and Air needs. Amy and her technicians (Justin and Ishmael have been out several times) are incredible to work with and they always surprise us with how easy and cost effective their entire system is.
Our air conditioning went out during graduation weekend and we figured we were just going to have to suck it up. I called to just to leave a message, but DNA sent a technician out right away.
Ishmael was awesome… friendly, knowledgeable and patient. During the repair, a thunderstorm passed through, but he didn’t bat an eye. He kept working in a downpour (even when the lights went out for a minute) just to get us back up and running! DNA saved the day, as usual. 5 Stars!

Hi we're the Newsome and we prayed for God to send us a company that that was God friendly ppl.and he did just that Justin at D NA was very nice and kind and super friendly.and the staff was super nice and DNA I a company that works with you and is fast friendly and there accommodating to your fixed income. We call them On Thursday they came out on Friday and Monday on September 8 its being installed they get the job done. They said they were coming at a certain time and the came at that time very accurate. Hard working mens. And Justin is a young man that went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied because he knew our system was over 30 plus years.so he talk to his boss and they both came up with a deal that I couldn't turn down we prayed for it and God came through so thank you Father God thank you DNA ps my Birthday is September 20 our new unit is one of my best gift ever thank you again DNA would recommend you'll to everyone. ❤️

My 25+ yr old unit went out over the weekend. DNA Heating and Air came to the rescue. Amy, Ismael, Justin and Nick thank y’all so much for helping me get my air conditioning unit installed. Everyone went above and beyond to help my family get air conditioning again. Excellent customer service!!

After the wonderful service we received back in April with just the detailed maintenance to prep the old HVAC for summer, we decided to go ahead and move forward with a new HVAC system for the house. So we chose DNA Heating & Air again. The team — Nick, D’Onte, & Justin — were wonderful. They arrived within scheduled timeframe. They were thorough — everyone had their job to complete and worked together. They went above and beyond (addressing duct work issues). DNA Heating & Air has an amazing crew that is kind and just good folks! Shout out to Amy & Ishmel (spelling — sorry!!!) for coordinating and helping me cross this off the “To Do” list!

Oh! Just in case you, the reader of this review, needs the info — I went from a Goodman package unit that was roughly maybe 15ish+ years old to a new Lennox package unit. Let me tell you — my dog is happy. The house is cool & comfortable! lol This new unit has saved me an average of $4 to $8 dollars in daily energy costs. :)

Awesome service! They are the best. AC unit was replaced at an affordable price. I greatly appreciated being notified that the technician was on the way along with a photo of whom to expect. He was very professional and patient with addressing all my concerns, respectful and considerate of my property, and left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend DNA heating & air.

Outstanding Service!
We left the keys with them while my family and I went on vacation, and by the time we returned, our old unit had been replaced with a brand new one. The techs did a fantastic job. They were clean and efficient, it was like they were never there… except now the house is colder and more comfortable than ever!
Out of the four quotes we received, their price was the most affordable. The sales tech was upfront and honest from the beginning, and that’s what really won my wife and me over. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC work done right

I have now used DnA three separate times. Each time the technicians were punctual, the prices seemed fair, and the work was completed quickly. Amy the office manager is also a great communicator who will call/email frequently wot ensure your needs are met. They have a text system that updates you on etc of technician arrivals, and any other details regarding your account. I highly recommend this company. Today, Justin the tech was able to quickly fix an issue. He was punctual and respectful. 10/10 will call again.

We purchased a fixer upper in 2012 and so one item that needed attention (replacing/removed) was the duct work. The concern was finding someone trustworthy (a company that would actually do what they say they would do and clean up after themselves, not leaving trash behind) and reasonably priced. We found both with this company. Any of my concerns were addressed immediately. They even covered their shoes with those lil operating room blue booties when entering my home! That was greatly appreciated. The work was completed around 2 to 3 days. I highly recommend DNA heating and air company.
