I have used D n A Heating & Air for many years and have been very pleased with their service. They just replaced two complete AC units for me that were over 25 years old. Ismael guided me on a new, energy efficient unit. The last 3 months my electric bill has been averaging 20% less and we are keeping our home cooler. They did a great job on the installation!! DNA Heating and Air was recommended by a colleague and I can not be more happy with the service I have received. I was completely impressed with their knowledgeable technicians, prompt response, and professionalism. They did an excellent job in quickly diagnosing and fixing a air handler issue I had with my system. After that job was complete I called them again to adjust some ducting to a room that did not heat or cool like the rest of the house. This job was completed like the first by prompt, professional technicians doing quality work. If you need heating or cooling work done you cannot go wrong by going with DNA.

Justin and another employee came to fix our AC which had been out for almost a week. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, and found a simple fix. They didn't try to get one over on us and say we needed a new system, but offered a maintenance plan to keep our ac unit in top condition. Which was very affordable. We always try to use local small businesses, and I'm glad we found this one! I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again if needed!

We have had to call D ‘n A Heating and Air multiple times due to various air conditioner issues which ultimately resulted in replacing the entire unit. Each time they were at our house within 2 hours of the call! The staff is very respectable and eager to help. They also had the best prices in the area. Their work was tidy and they cleaned up any mess before they left. We would highly recommend!

I have to give a big Thank You to you guys. There were a few things wrong with our full instal but, you guys came out and made everything right. Our technician that came out was so helpful and knew exactly what to do. Thanks to management for handling it professionally and in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone!

We called when our air started blowing out hot inside the house. We spoke to the receptionist, who informed us that a technician would be out at some point today, even though they were extremely busy, due to the fact that we have three small children and a dog in the house. The technician arrived exactly on time and was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly and respectful. Ismael went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of before he left. I will continue to use this company for all future HVAC issues, and would recommend them to everyone in the area. The prices were fair and the service was exceptional!

This is my first time using DNA for an A/C repair. They came out very quickly during the peak summer heat. Great communication with Amy, Ismael and Justin. Very friendly and professional. Got the unit cooling again and ordered a part to ensure the long term reliability for us. We're cool and happy! I have total confidence with DNA for all my A/C needs. Y'all Rock!!

Incredible company and customer service! I highly recommend. Ishmael was efficient and helpful with our diagnosis. He explained everything to me and gave me my options without pushing anything or feeling there was a hidden agenda behind it. Amy was on top of our issues and journey to getting us taken care of! When our new unit arrived Justin and Randy were early to the installation and quick installers. Everyone really cared about my situation and helping my family. As a military spouse, this meant everything to me!

Excellent work and customer service! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their hard work. From the very start, Amy was fantastic about explaining the pros and cons of repairing verses replacing the unit. They were there the same I called (Actually, within the hour) when the heater died. When we decided to replace the unit, they were there the next day to install and have it up and running. Wonderful people and quality work.

We called due to having some heating issues. They just happened to have an opening the same day. All three technicians were professional, kind, and respectful.They inspected both our units and completed the repairs that could be done within a couple hours. We highly recommend DNA for the quality and promptness of service, outstanding customer service, as well as very reasonable prices.

I experienced the absolutely worst service over te last 30 days. I paid early this year for the Spring & Fall service. Amy had no issue scheduling me for my spring service and charging me. When it was time for my Fall service they cancelled, rescheduled, and left me to figure this out. I had to call to schedule (even though Amy stated they would) no big deal. I called in October and waited 3-weeks for my Fall service schedule for November 7th, DNA Heating was a "no show" for my 11/7 service appointment, I found this out by calling the office 1-hour before my appointment (simply making sure I’m good for my appointment before leaving work to head home), It was then, I was told the Technician was behind due to weather the day prior so they will not provide service. Remind you I waited 3-weeks for this appointment and no calls leading up to my “cancellation” to let me know. I found this out by calling 1-hr prior to my appointment.

I was patient, waited for Amy to call me back to reschedule. She called back and scheduled me for the next day between 8-9AM. The Technician claimed he arrived at my home at 8:25AM and rang the door bell which I believe he did not. My driveway camera showed no one showed up. They called, I return the call within 4 minutes (I was in the bathroom and missed the call), Amy answered to tell me the Technician left to start another job at another house in my neighborhood. At this point I was like is this a joke. I literally called back within 4-mins, I’m still in the window of my appointment time between 8-9AM and that’s how I was treated. No consideration that they stood me up the day prior with no notice and now the Techician is providing service at 8:30AM to another client in my neighborhood that quick.

I would not recommend this company, they do not care about their customers time and lack communication thereof. Amy is inconsiderate and rude!!

These guys have really taken care of us. I’ve been a customer for three years now and only have positive things to say about their service. They have really helped us out of a couple rough situations along the way, which is very commendable and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Amy and her husband were great! My house was 82°, and I could not get the home warranty company to dispatch anyone, so D n' A offered to come out that same day! They sent me a quote very quickly for me to get them approved to do the work through the warranty company so they could do the work right then and there. Then Amy even followed up the next day to make sure that my house had cooled down and everything was working great. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, reliable, affordable, professional and willing to go that extra mile.
