Fantastic staff and service. Our service tech of 11 years is no longer with them and Ronnie came and serviced my mothers unit then repaired ours and our satisfaction (A++)didn’t miss a beat. I wish my favorite restaurants had such competent personnel.

Technicians serviced our unit quickly and effectively. Reported their findings and made adjustments as needed. They even changed our air filters.

Had Climate Control do routine maintenance. Wonderful folks to work with. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied.

I have been a client and customer for 18 years and I have nothing but great things to say about Climate Control Heating and Air.

This week my well aged AC finally died. I called And Ronnie was at my house with in an hour. He quickly identified a major issue with the unit in the attic. He gave me several options and quoted a very reasonable price. The next morning they were in my driveway ready to install the new system exactly at the time as promised. 3 hours later My home was cool and comfortable again. The price was great, the service was excellent.

Just my opinion, but no need to look for another HVAC service provider!

Dealt with Richard, needed to service and/or replace an aging system. Was able to have a new system installed within 24 hours in the middle of July which I imagine is their busiest time. They stated installing at 8 and we were cooling the house by 12. Great service and good prices by comparison.

AC unit went out in August (hottest month of the year) and Climate Control came out the day I called and was able to install the new unit the same day; whereas, a few other companies gave me a two- week window.
Excellent customer service, cost, and turnaround time. I will be using them again for any future needs and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Terry, the business owner and his employees installed a new HVAC system in my home. They were prompt and very professional. Just after arriving, they secured and prepared the work area in such a way that made it safe and it protected my property, bother inside and out. There was not a trace of dents, scratches, etc., anywhere! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The team communicated effectively which kept the flow of production moving forward the entire time they were here. Climate Control Heating and Air far exceeded my expectations. Tim, the on-call tech, responded within 5 minutes to my call for emergency service. We discussed the problem and he was here within 20
minutes. Pleasant and Professional especially considering the need to crawl around a 100 degree plus attic. Diagnosed the problem...replaced needed part and got AC running in short matter of time. Will definitely have Climate Control back for a complete system review and check-up. Truly a great company with considerate and polite staff.

I can only say that from the last time I was at my home, it was extremely well conditioned. I appreciate the fact that for once I was not sitting in an oven. CCHAC has usually done great work for us and usually on the same day as they say the will.

My wife and i bought our trane sys. from these guys and we have had it serviced twice a year once in the Spring and once in the Fall since new. We had a problem with the furnace one year on Christmas Eve day, called Climate Control and tech was out at our home within an hour and a half. Problem was promptly fixed and we were good to go.

Highly responsive and always reliable, this company appears to understand quality and technology without sacrificing old fashioned customer service. They are the sort of folks you confidently recommend to friends.

Isaiah came out to my home and was supooose to give my unit a tune up and he left and it not operating at all a now I have a vent leak now present from him removing it to take cover plate off, they sent a different tech out to tell me how Isaiah busted the vent pipe and how carbon monoxide is now pouring out and they have to cut my gas off also it 58 degrees in my house and instead of them trying to help me repair my unit, they tell me that it 10,000 to replace my system, when the stuff cost 3,500 and most installers charge 1500 to install the system. This company is a huge rip off and has no comstomer service high don’t recommended for any needs. Also they work for the Home Depot and I promise I will be giving them a call about my exsperence

My issue wasn’t an immediate need. They scheduled me a time that was convenient, explained the problem thoroughly, fixed it easily in a timely fashion. The technician was polite, respectful, and professional. This is the 3rd time I’ve had them conduct maintenance or repair for my HVAC system and I’ve been satisfied with their service and prices every time.
