I have used Lonnie Smith Svc Co. for over 20 years and have family members that have used the company even longer. They are on time, honest and fix the problem whatever it may be.

On May 3, 2021, Lonnie's son in law agreed to come to my house and give me an estimate for a new unit, but he no showed. Cashed my check anyway for a futile service call.

I have been using this company for years and never thought about leaving a review. They are outstanding! My go to! The only place I call.

Customer service is terrible. The tech that came out was ok but the office manager was definitely not a people person. Of they are not going to make the time window they do not call for any reason. I had to call the office and when I expressed my concern of the lack of communication I was told by the manager that they are behind and then was asked if I still wanted someone to come out...no sympathy or anything. Very unprofessional and would never use them for any reason in the future.

They saved me from heat stroke! It was the blower fan! I say that because no one in house agreed!

[EDIT] Now it's Friday and I'm editing my review and improving to 3 stars and, if things continue to go well, I'll upgrade it again. Long story short, they have been taking on so much work and don't provide reasonable expectations -- when they know it will probably take many days or weeks, it helps everyone involved to be told that instead of daily broken promises of "it'll be today".

Great company! Had problems with ac, previous ac guy crossed wire in the motherboard. Lonnie Smith fixed it. They are reasonable and informative. Will use them again. Thank you Lonnie Smith company!

My Central heat stopped working with low temps in the 20's. It was hard to find anyone that was able to come check it out because they were booked. I called Lonnie Smith Service Co. and even though they were booked, the owner agreed to come out the next day. He check everything and determined it was the thermostat. He replaced it and our heat is working great. Very nice man and a company you can trust at a good price. I recommend them to anyone.

Our family has used Lonnie Smith for years. Great guy and always comes out quickly. Never has failed to diagnose correctly and fix an issue. Appreciate knowing it is an easy call to get our air and heating issues resolved.

Customer service is second to none! I have been a customer of Lonnie's for 30 plus years and they have gotten me out of many tight situations without breaking the bank. Response time is excellent and I am frequently surprised at how low the bill is. I had a capacitor go out on my compressor on a Sunday in July years back and they were here within 2 hours. The bill? A hundred and change (parts, labor and some Freon)- on a Sunday! Definitely recommended!

I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years now. They service my Air condition and have installed two water heaters in my home over the years.
Their service has been top notch and professional every time, they have been quick to respond even when it was late in the day when my AC went out..
Their prices are the best I’ve seen around town and they are a family run small business so they remember who you are when there’s an issue or a service call..
As long as they are open for business they will be the only ones I call to take care of my residence...

Some of the best service we’ve gotten and for a great price!. We got our ac looked at in the past and I’m kicking myself for not finding Lonnie smith’s services co earlier. Our ac went out this summer and Lonnie smiths guys were out the the same day. They did better work with way better customer service than anyone ever worked with and for a truly affordable price. Can’t recommend them enough.
