Jimmie was professional and courteous. He informed me of each step of the repair. Jimmie was also very patient with me being I am 71 yrs old. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Dixie to anyone in need of service.

Home issues never happen at a convenient time. We needed 24/7 support for a potentially serious dryer issue due to a poorly installed outlet by another company. Called Dixie Electric and the office had someone dispatched immediately. I love that you are texted your appointment time, plus a photo/name of the person coming. Jared was our electrician assigned. He was courteous and helpful from the moment he arrived. Took the time to explain the situation, provided options and never felt pushy. He did a fantastic job, left everything clean and was so professional. So glad we called Dixie to save our day! We will definitely use them again!

Scott Collins was amazing! He came to my on Christmas Eve. He was very courteous and professional. He went to work immediately to try to repair the leak under my house. When he realized he could not complete the repair at that time due to not having the material he needed, he informed me & sincerely apologized for not being able to finish the task. However, he quickly secured a new appointment for the day after Christmas, and was able to be here even before the time scheduled! He and his helper went straight to work & repaired the leak. I was very pleased with Scott. He was very kind & thoughtful. I know I will ask for him if I should have need of a good plumber again!!

We have used Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air multiple times now and each time their technicians were incredible. Not only were they on time but they were kind, thorough and efficient. Any time we have to talk with the office staff they are wonderful as well. We will continue to use Dixie any time we have a need!

Jonson is amazing and needs to be added to your list of amazing plumbers. He is kind, hard working, knowledgeable, tried to keep costs at a minimum and we appreciated him so much! It was a major job full of stress for us homeowners, but Jonson made it seem a little less stressful. He keeps his sense of humor while dealing with major issues. We had a major slab leak issue and it took a lot for him to even find clean pipe so he could begin making the necessary repairs. All done now and we are satisfied with Dixie. All staff we dealt with was amazing. House is back to normal now. Slab leaks are never fun. Jonson made it a lot more bearable. And USAA too.

Jacob and Cameron were very professional. Dressed neatly with their uniform on. They have been very busy but we're able to take care of my concern. They greeted me with a professional hand shake and Introduction. The Office staff made the appointments and called in a timely manner if the Technicians schedule changed,a lot is going on.We will be calling on Dixie Plumbing in the future to take care of other plumbing needs. A great company.

Kamron from Dixie was phenomenal!! He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the entire process and ensured I had a good understanding of what was happening. He was very prompt and polite. He provided great customer service and I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

Went on line on a Saturday night + was contacted within the hour on what my issue was with electric in house! The two men came promptly Monday afternoon on a set time previously waving the initial fee to assess issues. They charted down what material were needed & returned the same day to fix issues! They were courteous, prompt, + thorough working quickly to address electric issues in my kitchen. Extremely happy & satisfied with their quality of work leaving no mess & did not complain about six small dogs walking around from time to time . I highly recommend this life saving company to any one needing fast, affordable , courteous service with a smile!

I have worked with Dixie in the past and knew I wanted to use them again. Jared has been wonderful to work with so far. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took a lot of time telling me the things another company hadn't done correctly. Wires not connected and just plain trashy looking. He also presented me several options along with financing which was very doable considering all I'm having done. I can't wait for him to get started.

Update: Jared and his crew came out and I couldn't be happier. Everything looks so nice and works as it's supposed to. I highly recommend Dixie Electric and even recommend Jared even more!

Should have just found a YouTube video and tried to fix my flapper DIY-style. Do not use this company in Columbus! They came to do a simple repair and ended up cracking my entire toilet tank. The crack clearly begins where the new flapper was installed. My tank is currently leaking toilet water on my bathroom floor. The tech also did a $500 repair on my washing machine (cold water wasn't working). He told me it was fixed, drove away, and when I went to do a cold water wash, the water was even more hot than before. Already had to have him return to fix that. Now awaiting another tech on a Saturday to look at their shoddy work on my toilet. Beware. Their 100% guarantee is a lie and the manager, Bradley McKinsey, claimed this wasn't covered by my service warranty. I promise I didn't sit here and crack my tank and I'm not trying to scam for a new toilet tank...I have better things to do on a Saturday. All I know was tank was fine, Dixie came to perform a simple repair and inspection in my bathroom, and within a few weeks I have a cracked tank with toilet water running on the floor. Just a side note: their estimate for fixing the tank was over $600. I looked up the part at Lowe's and it is $92. Absolutely insane. Do not call them. Find someone else or do it yourself!

Update: Dixie made it right after speaking to the GM, Joe Banks. Though they did deny any responsibility for the crack in the tank, they did come out and install a completely new toilet at no cost. The employees who came out on this day, Tyler and Cam, were very friendly and professional. I appreciate you all working to rectify the situation
