The owners and the staff of Bi-City are simply the best! They take the time to listen to their clients and put the customer's interests FIRST! They have had our family's business for over 10 years and will continue to receive it in the future.

Set up an appointment weeks in advance for them to come out and service my a/c unit. Personally took off time from work, the lady over the phone was helpful and set up for someone to come out. The day of, waited 8-11, the set up for my appointment window. No one never called or came out to my home. I decided to call and check up myself to see what the problem was, no one answered the phone. Spoke volumes for me, even if they were helpful and wanted to reschedule, I would not have moved forward with the appointment, but no one never called or followed up.

Really do appreciate James for coming out and checking on our unit, our AC was not blowing cool air. It happened to be late in the evening already, and James was able to make it a priority to get our AC up and running as soon as possible.

I recommend, all over again!

Terrible service I wouldn't recommend him to anyone they started and didn't finished the job been calling would not answer phone.

Job well done. Polite and reasonable for quality work. Changed out the compasitor.

Would not reccomend he made 2 attempts to "fix" my ac unit and was not successful and not to mention he came out looked at it assumed it was the coolant and didn't discuss with me the issue before putting more in there and then charged an arm and a leg I honestly would give him less then 1 star hes a RIP off save yourself some money and call a real air conditioning company

The worse ever. We blame it on ourselves for not doing the research on the business beforehand. Everything was done wrong and not professional @ all. If u run across this business or anyone associated please I beg of you do some research first.

Dont mess with this crew. They done a half job and will not fix. If they are certified their license need to be took away

I've been dealing with this company for over 15 years. Excellent work, reasonable price, will help with any problem and quality work.

Not only is this business very unprofessional by making comments toward people they are servicing; they are also very rude. The business was paid by western union and business requested this method since they do not accept credit cards or debit cards. The business was paid the day of services but continued to harrass me due to a hold on funds due to a weekend and a holiday. Never use this business

This business is not a real business. They are extremely unprofessional. Robert, Billy and his crew do not know what they are doing. Billy is a HUGE scam!!!! Came to fix my AC and sold me a bad motor they probably picked up from another house and installed at my house. They charged me so much for it. Money I didn’t have. AC broken in less than 2 weeks. Came out and Billy raN AWAY once remembered he scammed me and wouldn’t pick up my call. They Stole from me. Save yourself the headache from dealing with these ppl. Also, they will try to make advances at you. I’ll be reporting them to the business Bureau. They need to be shut down and investigated. They have been scamming people for a while. That Billy guy is the worst!
