It’s great to find a company that can charge whatever it wants, but stays ethical and gives customers great service with affordable pricing. James did a great job. He showed up the day I called, figured out the issue, said he’d return the next day with the part, and that was it. Fast, friendly, and economical, that is what makes a great businesses and experience.

Absolutely stellar customer service and skilled repair. I had an urgent need for a non-cooling a/c and JMM responded rapidly, allowing me to get back to my hospitalized spouse quickly. I have tried others. but JMM has my business for life after this experience !! It is rare to find a business that practices true customer service and delivers quality work. Outstanding company!

Cam and his partner did an excellent job. Came in verified the problem and came up with a great solution and cost effective repair. This is the second time Cam has come to my home. He is very professional and keeps you informed of the process.

Matthew pressured me into buying a new unit. He made me feel my dirty filter issue was because there was high probability mold was traveling in my HVAC. I repeatedly told him I want to confirm if it was actually mold before possibly buying a new unit which is something I really can’t afford to do right now. He convinced me if it is mold, it can be fixed after I get unit installed because I also “need” a new unit to help with filtration. So I went ahead and purchased along with other things such as air scrubbers because he convinced me that I needed it. Fast forward, after the install a mold remediation company confirmed no mold and all I really needed was a new return box. I could have continued to wait to get a new unit when I could truly afford it. I told them my mother passed last year and I took a financial hit. They didn’t care, only cared about making a sale. Now I’m stuck with a 13,000 debt and they wanted to charge me more to go ahead and do a return box which is all I needed right now in the first place! I chose Dixie because it appeared they have a good reputation. Perhaps I was just unlucky with getting Matthew. It’s unethical to scare a person into making a purchase. I would appreciate a call from a manager or the owner.

We called Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air to get our HVAC unit repaired. Our heater stopped working and we couldn't go without, not with a baby in the house. Jacob Barfield came out after hours, fixed our issue and set us up for the repair we needed to keep us up and running this season. When he returned to install the new part, we were very impressed by his professionalism. He was always kind and answered all our questions. We'll continue to use Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air and happily recommend them, completely satisfied with their work!

Great experience , I’ve used Dixie a few times and am completely satisfied. They were on time, the time frame for the repairs was spot on. Very friendly, professional, price was reasonable . Had the pleasure of dealing with Steven. Great guy , very knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

Dixie is an incredible company! I had problems with my garbage disposal. It just happened to be 5 days before Christmas. Kamron was sent almost immediately after I called. Lifesavers! Highly recommend!!

Called to have a waterline placed on my fridge although the technician was polite the prices are absolutely insane! $900 to do a simple job my husband ended up buying a water line for $25 that included the instructions on the back .

Was so sweet and honest! Did not try to push me into any unnecessary purchases. Was very nice regarding my pets and son who were wandering around. Even took his time to sit down and draw me a diagram so I could understand my unit as best I could. Loved him and his apprentice!

We had a broken water line and they worked us into their day. They were great! They found the leak quickly and had the repair done in no time. I’ll definitely use this company again should the need arise. New WiFi company broke our water line a couple of weeks later. They did the repair themselves and left the waterline full of red GA clay and sand. It stopped up 4-toilets and numerous faucets. We called Dixie again. They had everything fixed and working perfectly in no time. Kamron is a fantastic plumber. I won’t use any other company.

Good and Quick service. Blair and Richard did a good job at installing my NEMA 14-50 Outlet. Quoted prices was competitive from other electical companies. They warranty their work for 1 year and provide their state license numbers. Overall, im very satisfied!
