Replaced central heat and air unit. Their price for the work was reasonable, and they showed up on time and completed the work with no issues. Technician cleaned up after the job and reviewed the installation and unit functions before leaving. Have used them for regular services too with no issues.

My A/C went out on a Friday evening. They quickly responded and installed a new Coleman Heat Pump, upgrading my old system. Mr. Miller himself was there early the next morning. The crew did a great job. They were professional and friendly. They respected my home and cleaned up very well when finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I contacted the company with a request to diagnose a specific concern with my AC unit. I was told what the service call would cost and informed of an additional "travel" charge since I live 20 minutes out of town. While the service tech resolved the electrical issue I called about, he spent additional time "doing checks" that were not requested or authorized. I received a bill for almost twice what the estimate was for the work. I called the company to discuss the charges, but my opinions differed from theirs. I would not recommend them, based on my experiences.

Terry Miller Service Company did an outstanding job with a new heating and air unit for our home. They replaced the old unit and all of the old duct work! The system works great and the guys working were professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! The price we were quoted was cheaper than other quotes and included the duct work. I would highly recommend this company!

I have a physical disability that can be aggravated by heat. When our air went out on a weekend I called first thing that Monday. Although they were swamped with calls they
immediately came out, ordered my new unit and had it in by Wednesday afternoon.
