Horrible company. Should not be in business. Wasted my time. Would not follow up. Never ever gave me any estimate. Never returned any phone calls. Can't believe they are home depot referrals, need to have their license revoked.

The system wasn’t cooling our house. The serviceman did a great job of finding the leak, fixing it and replenishing our refrigerant. Didn’t take long. Resolved the issue same day I called. Grateful.

He was very prompt and assessed the situations in an expert and professional manner. My experience with this company was terrible. Melinda was very rude. Numerous of times I ask to speak with a manger or owner she refused. This company came out to my house 4 times within 3 months a/c still does not work as it should. However each time they came out the bill increased due to adding Freon, expansions valve, insulation and so on as they say. Saturday I call them 2x after hours trying to use their emergency line because my unit froze up. They still yet to return my call I would NOT recommend this company. But ultimately the choice is yours. Good luck

I came home from work yesterday and the house was so hot. The a/c was not cooling at all. Got up this morning dreading what I knew would be an ordeal. Called 5 or 6 companies -left messages. Then I called Climate Control, they actually answered the phone. Mr Ronnie came straight over. Took my unit apart, showed me part of what was causing the problem; turns you need to clean the coils once in a while...had no idea. He dug my hose from under dirt and leaves and cleaned my coils really well. He showed me readings both before and after- what a difference something so simple can make. He then added the coolant - it took quite a while, guess my unit had very little. The entire time, he was educating me since it was apparent that I knew nothing at all about maintenance. It was probably evident to him that I was in over my head a bit with this old house. I think he could have charged me much more than he did. Told me to call him if I had any further problems. What a blessing to a single struggling woman. He was very professional, courteous and kind. I could not ask for better service. If there were 10 stars I would give them. Thank you Mr Ronnie for turning what could have been a very difficult and frustrating day into a happy one! I have cold air yaaaaay!!!

John.- with this company came to service our HVAC. Arrived on time, completed the repair faster than I expected, presented before and after photos of the completed work, and explained everything to me clearly. Great work and a company / repair person that we will call agin off needed.

Richard assisted me on several occasions displaying true professionalism. He found the problem and implemented the solution. It didn't matter as to the time of day; he responded in a way that you knew he cared. We need more professionals like Richard and Climate Control. Thanks Climate Control!

The service technician was suppose to be here between 11-1 today. He arrived at 2:30. My mother who is high risk for COVID asked him if he had a mask he said 'No'. She then asked him if she could give him a mask, he then told her to find someone else to do the work and left. It is his choice to wear a mask or not, but if the customer request it to to health condition or whatever the case may be I felt he should obliged out of common respect. I felt it was very unprofessional. I will not use this company again. I called another company today ask the guy could he wear a mask when he arrived he kindly said 'Sure that's not a problem'.
