Awesome customer service oriented company. They're on time for service, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care that a customer is satisfied. We signed up for their annual service because you get priority in the event of an emergency and two annual maintenence visits. Every encounter has been pleasant and given me confidence that we made the right decision choosing Climate Control Heating and AC for our needs.

Owner of this business had a rude attitude about what his employees were doing and took it out on the business that called for his services wouldn’t recommend to anyone

For years they have come to my home and made sure that my system is working properly and every time they come it’s like seeing an old friend again. All of them from the owner down bring professionalism with their tools and will always be welcome in my home. Just had Spring service and the young man that cleaned my outside unit got it looking as clean as it was when it was installed. It’s that little extra that sets them apart.

Climate Control is an awesome company. They are kind and courteous. They respond quickly and give you options. They do not try and get you to buy the most expensive unit, they give you options based on your needs. We will continue to use them. I highly recommend them!

My comments are all positive because that has been our experience for the last 20+ years. We were urgently in need of a repair. They arrived quickly, made the diagnosis and completed the repair soon as the part arrived. They are reliable and affordable.

My experience was excellent. The tech arrived timely, he was polite, very knowledgeable and professional, he diagnosed why my AC was putting out warm air, repaired it, answered all my questions, put in a note to have his sales team reach out to me, as I requested. The best part was that the bill was very affordable. I would most certainly recommend this company as well as have them update my AC/Heating system.

This might be our 2nd review. We switched in last year to CCHA and always impressed with service. Called at 11 because we had a problem. By 2 pm the tech came and resolved problem. It’ll he had the part and fixed! Another great job.

Nothing like coming home to a hot house after spending a day in the hot sun. Called climate control heating and air, and they were out here this afternoon by 1pm replacing a blower fan and getting us back to a cool house. Thank you!!!!

DNAs Ismael was fast to respond on a saturday morning when nobody else did. Amy amd Ismael are very nice and professional. Quickly assed my problem.

I want to acknowledge Ismael and Justin for the excellent job done in my home. I am a 1st time homeowner(woman) and did not have a clue on what could be wrong with my a/c. I was given a professional answer and cause of my A/C breakdown. I felt 100% comfortable with Ismael's recommendation. He was upfront about the cost of repairs, which helped elimintate the factor of surprise. The following day, Justin came to install up-to-date thermostats on both floors of my home.
Having a failed a/c system in the heat of July was unfortunate and at times miserable. DNA helped me get my air back serviceable in a quickly manner. They gave me their undivided attention and made me feel as if I was a VIP client.

WHEN YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT: There's absolutely no comparisons to the product and service D n A provides. They will always be my GO-TO for my Heating and Air services; HANDS DOWN. My rental property’s utilities were over 250.00 a month on average. I had several companies give me estimates wanting me to upgrade to new equipment, but when D n A came in Ismael assured me it wasn’t an equipment problem and recommended a restructure utilizing the existing equipment saving me 6K easily. After the repair the utilities went from 250.00 a month to 95-110.00 still holding-9 years later.

PHENOMENAL ENGINEERING: now my Home, because of a few bad experiences, I am a hard sell; critical when it comes to spending/wasting money on poor performers. While home in the attic trying to understand why my utility bill was not meeting Georgia Power’s energy costs suggestion, and why we had this sinus pressure and headaches, and the threat of energy cost increasing. Well, I called Ismael and he found the problem. NO LIP SERVICE, he conducted a thorough assessment, calculated the entire house inside and out; from the ceiling’s heights, room size, carpet, or hardwood on the floors, to the number of windows in the house and house humidity; to window R Values, and wait, which way my house faced during utility peak hours…too much to list. He is by far more than a technician but an Engineer. I value his opinion; I know his craftsmanship and what to expect. I made the right decision especially during these unpredictable inflation times.

Before I made this post, I wanted to report some results. I can control my energy usage during peak hours, no nose bleeds or dryness. It sounds a little silly when I can set limits on how much energy the Power company is charging and be comfortable too.

My mom had to have her HVAC replaced in her basement apartment through her home warranty company. DNA was the company that provided the service and replacement. We are so very pleased with DNA--they have fabulous employees! They are extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and care about their customers--AND they clean up after themselves! My AC stopped working. My warranty service was going to take 3 weeks to come fix it. I called everyone locally and no one could come out on that day. The receptionist was very polite and worked diligently to squeeze us in for that day. They came after work hours and had it up and running in no time. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
