Brian is an excellent technician, he serviced my AC unit for the last two years. He was detailed in his service report. He even let me know that would need to get new system real soon. I would recommend him if you needed repair or regular maintenance.I wish there were more technicians like him.

Issue with power disconnect from the internal unit with a plastic over on the wiring that melted. Brian found the problem and corrected it and restored our heat. He also replaced the part with a safer metal component and flip switch. It's very cold, so I couldn't be more grateful.

Great Service. Bryan has to be one of the most technically proficient service providers I have ever come across. His attention to detail, knowledge of the products and his willingness to share valuable information with the customer is refreshing to say the least. On every engagement with him I always felt the recommended services were warranted and not embellished to maximize the price. I would recommend him to others without a doubt.

Brian was great! He was very personable and professional. He did a great job taking out my bathroom exhaust fan and cleaning it and then reinstalling. Reasonable cost as well.

5 stars isn’t enough for Brian. Our AC unit had a refrigerant leak and he responded immediately and didn’t just patch the problem and leave. He tracked down the leak, sealed it, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned mold off the heating unit with bleach, and did full maintenance on the outside unit all in one visit. That’s the kind of thoroughness you just don’t see anymore. He turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a completely painless experience. Brian has earned a customer for life and I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If you need HVAC work done right the first time, he’s your guy

One hour Heating and Air provided great phone service this morning ,they were able to get a technician out to my home within 1hr of my phone call. The guys came in set up everything , worked hard as a team . Got our new Unit in so fast . Had everything cleaned up and ready to go in no time . Very Poliet , best service . Our upstairs air has never worked properly since we bought our house (over 8 months). I called supercool and they ended up replacing a leaking coil for me and I couldn’t be any happier with their service! The two other companies I contacted wanted to replace the entire system at an outrageous price. I’m happy that I called them!
