Micah and his team are amazing!! He came out and gave me a quote, which was way better and affordable compared to 2 previous companies. Micah was very knowledgeable about what my home needed. When it was time to actually come to my home to do the work, they were prompt, and each team member he brought was courteous and very friendly. When it comes to having any HVAC services done there is no better company! After my system was installed, Micah called and checked to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Supercool Service was great!! Micah and his team were absolutely awesome!! They went over and above for us and did a complete HVAC install in one day!! Hard, conscientious workers. They respected our home when they were in and out, always shook and cleaned there boots and shoes off so they didn't track dirt into our home. Excellent communication and shows up when Micah says they will. I would highly recommend this company if you need HVAC work of any kind., you will not be disappointed!! Heating unit not functioning properly. After several visits, the unit was found to be not draining properly and causing the unit to shut down. The staff did an excellent job by leveling the unit and cleaning the drain.

Ricky was great! Fixed my issue no problem, when other companies tried to push a new a/c system on me, Ricky didn’t and showed why energy savers is the best company out there.

I have been a 35 plus year Energy Savers customer. Had carrier mini split system and main house system serviced today. Work was exceptional. Chris who performed my annual furnace maintenance upkeep today was extremely courteous and professional. He was superbly skilled at his craft. Whatever his salary is isn't enough. System works great. I challenge anyone to find a better HVAC system specialist. I strongly recommend thus superb HVAC system company.

I had ductwork repair. Stephen was very polite and explained what was going on so I understood exactly what needed to be done. He also provided photos.

Very polite and helpful technician named Foster. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Fixed what needed to be replaced in a short period.

Called on Friday. Appointment set for Monday. Chris came to check a “hot smell” when a/c first starts. Discovered that ductwork insulation was torn off. An appointment was made for the next day to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the ductwork. Chris also checked the operation of the unit. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We contacted Energy Savers after having been taken advantage of by another air conditioning service company . I called that morning and by 10am I had a service man from Energy Savers show up. Prior to his arrival their office sent me an email with the name and photo of the service man who would be coming out. When he arrived I explained to him my air conditioning unit was low of Freon and wasn’t cooling. He inspected the unit and told me the coil in the attic was leaking Freon and could not be repaired. My options were to replace the coil at about $2500 to $3000 or put in a whole new unit. I opted to replace the unit. He called his office and within an hour a sales person arrived. Again photos and name of the sales person were sent to me. After analyzing my present unit he gave me a list of options for a new unit. I picked one out and was told if they had one they would install it the next day. Unfortunately they were going to have to order me one and it would take about a week to get it. They ordered it and it came in early so they called and installed it the day after it arrived. The instillation crew showed up and were very polite and friendly. They completed their task in about 5 hours and left. I was truly amazed at the professional manner in which my entire experience was handled. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their service. Kudos to Energy Savers and their entire staff for having done an admirable job. Their professionalism is beyond compare. The guy was very professional and courteous. He also explained everything so I understood what was wrong.

I called Energy Savers and they sent a serviceman within 2 hours on a Saturday. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote for a replacement part. Then he checked all the other levels. He had my air back on and the system is running great within an hour and a half. I couldn’t be more pleased. Prompt response (especially for a weekend) and professional service.

Last summer the AC went out and we were so impressed with the service that we requested a quote to replace 40 year old ductwork in the crawl space of our new to us home. The new ducts and thermostat were installed this past week. The house is way less dusty, it smells better, it doesn't feel damp anymore and it holds a stable temperature from room to room. We can also breathe better without allergens causing congestion. Seeing the old ducts being removed was eye opening, they were embarrassingly bad looking. The new system has improved our home and made it comfortable. We cannot wait to see our power bill next month!
The service team completed the job in one day, were respectful of our home, were kind to our animals and ensured their safety (I'm sure they didn't want a cat falling on them either), they patiently answered questions and included us throughout the process.
The sales team worked with us for months to plan the best time for us to complete this project. We never felt pressured and they were always supportive and responsive.

Mr. Hewitt was my tech for scheduled maintenance. He did an amazing job. Answered all my questions. Noticed some things that I did not. Left the area cleaner then when he arrived. Amazing service, great guy.
