I’m, once again, impressed with how professional, courteous, and dedicated people are at Energy Savers. Our technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to clearly explain everything. We’ll use them again without a doubt and will continue to recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Energy Savers has consistently excelled at taking care of our family for many years now. We have an aging HVAC system and they have been amazing at helping us keep it going. They've always been quick to respond and always show up on time. The employees we've experienced have been very friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgeable in what they do.

As always, I'm very pleased with the service and the service tech. He was very professional and informative. I trust him thoroughly. Thank you Energy Savers. You are definitely my go to and I won't hesitate to refer your company to others I know.

I am so satisfied with the results of my new unit installation by Energy Savers. I would always see their commercials on TV. My neighbor had them to do an install several years ago and he informed me of the awesome job they did. As one who definitely writes consumer reviews and read them to get first hand customer feedback, I went to their website to browse around for the eventuality of needing to have my AC replaced and confirming that I would go with them. Here are some of the things I saw on the website that made my decision: 1) in business for over 49 years; 2) BBB member with A+ rating; 3) several national awards received; and 4) over 4K Google Reviews with a 4.9/5 along with what my neighbor informed me.

From the initial phone call with Chloe to set up the appointment, to Andy who came to our home and explained everything in detail, and took the time to answer all my questions, to Guy and his team coming the next day to do the work, they were all courteous and friendly, yet professional. It was extremely clear to me that they represented the company management well as they were “focus on customer satisfaction” and they did just that with me. The small details were noted, like covering their shoes before entering the home or removing them before entering, keeping me informed of what they were doing, doing the work and keeping areas as clean and neat as possible under the circumstances; that spoke volumes!

As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for” and with our home being our biggest investment, I absolutely wanted the best in the business to do this work and I know I got that with Energy Savers of Columbus and their professionals! I appreciate you all for the pleasant experience.

Unbelievable service! I am still thanking God & Energy Savers of Columbus for sending me Chris. We had an emergency issue with our heating. Chris arrived within 2 hours of our call to Energy Savers of Columbus. I was amazed watching Chris, he seemed to know exactly what the problem was and our heating was up and running within 30 minutes. I have been on the phone with family and friends every since Chris left, telling them that Chris has been with Energy Savers of Columbus for over 41 years. Also, about Chris professionalism & kindness. Chris explained everything to me and he also gave me some tips. I expected a much higher bill because this was an emergency call however I was surprised at the total cost. I still can't believe the blessings I received today on such a cold day and the fact that Columbus, ga is expecting freezing weather for the next few days. The on-line booking tool is great! The service schedulers and technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I loved having a picture of the tech so I knew who to expect. They quickly diagnosed the issues, clearly communicated what needed to be done, and were up front about pricing. He was informative and proactive without being pushy. I’ll definitely be using Energy Savers in the future!

Had my yearly maintenance completed by Michael Hewitt with Energy Savers and as always he was professional and efficient in his work.

Energy Savers installed a new unit last year along with all new ductwork and it has performed well and lowered my energy costs by 45%. I went with the 10 year worry free warranty so all of the yearly maintenance visits are covered.

Excellent service from Shaun! The technician came out on a Saturday around 6 PM to fix a wiring issue with my HVAC system. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Everything is working perfectly now. This is exactly why I prefer working with a company versus a single-person business — reliable service when you need it. Highly recommend!

Tech/ Mr. Shayne Agee was great! He introduced himself asked if he could come in explained what he would be checking afterwards discussed what the findings were and gave me some options to think about before making a decision.

Good luck. I paid over $8,000 for a COMPLETE NEW hvac system. I guess that they decided that it was acceptable to finish the foam insulation with old foam and tape that I had from my old hvac system that was over 10 years old. Why couldn’t they grab more materials when they ran out? Why did they decide to use my OLD foam and tape to finish the job? I will never know. Why? I can’t get a soul to call me back. Everyday I call, and everyday I’m told that they will call me. They never do. I feel that they took advantage of me because I’m disabled. I paid for a brand new HVAC system which should have included all new materials. I’m disgusted and disappointed that I gave them my money only to be treated like I don’t matter. They have their money now so I guess nothing else matters 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Technician arrived on time and went to work. Serviced and adjusted the unit and then explained exactly what he had done. Very courteous. Good experience.

Ben with Airforce Heating and Air. Was very knowledgeable on time. Let me know I had a little issue. It didn’t need to be fixed right now, but said it might need to be fixed soon. I just asked to take care of it now. It was done fast and efficient.
