I had a new system installed including duct work. Several times technicians had to come out because of issues. They told me I needed electrical work done, another tech said I needed another filter system attached to the furnace. Meanwhile, black soot like stuff continues to spew out on my ceiling and walls. It's been eight months and still not fixed. I don't recommend Airforce Heating to anyone. I have to go with another company to correct their mess. GOOD LUCK COLUMBUS.

Excellent service. Thermostat blew out, and an AirForce technician was here to fix it within a couple hours. Freezing temperatures lately, so I really appreciate the help. Charles was very fast and very professional.

Wow! I called Air Force this morning, and within a few hours, Ty, The technician arrived. Instantly, his knowledge and skill set showed up as he predicted what our issue might be.
He was 100% correct. He did not try to upsell. He educated us on preventive measures. He was kind, thoughtful, and well-versed. We highly recommend Air Force and will always request. Ty. Well done !

My heating went out in the middle of the of the night. I went online and made an appointment. They called me and confirmed that I would be be home at 8 am. David came within 15 mins and in 3o mins I had heat again Thanks so much I purchased the unit about 3 yrs ago from them hadn’t had a problem at all.

Tim Hyatt , Air Force Heating and Air did a thorough inspection on my unit for fall. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also was very familiar and sold me on one of their annual plans. I highly recommend and look forward to continuing my service with this company.

Ron was very knowledgeable and was able to replace my water heater the same day he came out to diagnose the issue. He was so polite and patient with all my questions and was friendly to my pets.

Shayne was a great tech. He was very informative, respectful, and efficient during this service call for general maintenance. He checked everything, preformed some preventative maintenance, and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my unit and keep things running efficiently.

As always, my maintenance check with Air Force was top notch. Mike C., my technician is always courteous, takes the time to answer all my concerns, and he does the job professionally!! I never have a doubt in my mind about the service with Mike!! I’d also like to add that the office staff is pretty amazing as well!

I had a very good experience with Tristin. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about my unit. He answered all questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend him to any customers.

Called ahead of arrival. Showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Explained what the problem was, in this case very dirty furnace filters. I will change them out today. He took pictures of the wiring of my second floor furnace which was installed improperly. He will informed the office. I am sure AirForce will send out an electrician to make it right. This company has been top notch since day one of contact to come out and give me an estimate on 2 completely new systems for my home. Keep up the good work guys! This was warranty work so no cost to me.

Had a service inspection performed. Technician Tristin showed up on time with an excellent attitude, did his job very well, he was very detailed in his explanation of everything he tested and what he had found. We need more young adults in our world today with his personality and work ethics.

He was on time and very helpful. He examined the problems and gave me the list of all the solutions that were available. I made my decision and he stopped the leak and was done within a little over an hour. I am very satisfied with the work today and recommend Air Force and Heat services.

I called out of the blue just to get a service maintenance done for fall/winter. AirForce HVAC cheerfully responded—even on a weekend. Ben D arrived promptly after calling to confirm that he was on his way and our appointment time was still convenient. Ben kept me appraised of all his entries and exits from the house-which was very helpful. I’ve always had good service from AirForce for my HVAC.

The professionalism and care shown by the employees of this company is beyond reproach. The service tech Noah showed and explained to me in simple terms the issues my furnace was having. Luke, the home comfort advisor presented us with an array of options and information from which to choose in order to make an informed decision. The installation techs, Gage and Hunter arrived early the next morning and completed the professional install in very little time. The entire process was rapid and hassle free, a shining example of what great customer service looks like.

I recently lost my friend/HVAC technician to a tragedy and I had to find a technician today to come out. I don’t trust A lot of companies bc most only see dollar signs and not the customer. I called around today and decided to go with Air Force Heating & Air… and I’m glad I did! My technician was amazing!!! He explained to me what I did wrong in a very detailed & easy to understand way. Got me fixed up quickly while double checking everything to make sure all was on the up and up.. Super kind and humble with great customer service skills!!! Very fast response time, great customer service, very reasonably priced!!! I can’t brag enough!!! Thank You for hiring great technicians and Thank You Shamar/Todd for being an amazing technician!!! Luke was amazing. He worked with my husband and myself and answered every question we had before and after. The conversations genuine and truthful. The installers were Gage and Hunter that came out and they were also amazing. They were prompt and also answered any questions we had. They even noticed other things and pointed it out to us as well. Most definitely the best employee's.😊🥳

Justin Reed came out to service our 3 AC units on June 12, 2024. He represented himself well and Jackson well. The level of knowledge and thoroughness was exemplary. It was his first time coming to our home and he took time to meet us and took time to get to know our home and how are systems are set up. We ended up needing to replace our upstairs unit and Justin made the call and Jason arrived in just a few minutes to help us decide on a unit and set an installation date. Justin then made sure the unit had the Freon needed to make it through till the replacement came. We are looking forward to having him service our home in the future. It is important to feel that you can trust those you have to rely on to take care of things. Justin Reed is definitely one you can trust to do a great job and respect your property.
