Best customer service! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I spoke to a friendly gentleman around 7am this morning. I told him what was going on. He assured me that someone would return my call. Two plumbers showed up by 9am. They were so polite and did such a great job! These days it's hard to find people who want to work, let alone people who do a good job. Wonderful customer service! I'm going to refer Ace Plumbing Company to everyone I know. Thank you Banks and his colleague. 10 out of 10 service! They went above and beyond!

Ace Plumbing has been incredibly professional and kind, while doing great work as quickly as possible. Their level of customer service made the best of a bad situation. Jason was so patient with my questions, and stayed in constant communication with us regarding the work. They deserve well more than 5 stars!

Came to our lake house twice to fix an issue with shower going hot and cold and the issue was not rectified either time, yet we were charged approx $800 for each visit (including “trip charge”). We were slow to pay the second time because we were asking them to come back and fix the issue and we got chastised by the lady calling to collect with threats that “trust me, you dont want to owner to get involved” inferring that he was not going to be pleasant to deal with. We actually asked for the owner to call but all we got was were threats to be sent to bad debt collection so we gave up and just paid the bill. Now we’ve spent $1600 with Ace, who cares nothing about making sure our issue was resolved but just collecting their fees and we still haven’t gotten our problem fixed. Great example of why contractors have a bad name. No integrity.

I've used Ace Plumbing for several years, and they are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Today's service was the proactive replacement of a water heater that was functional but considerably beyond its life expectancy. My only minor "issue" is that the model installed had slightly lower BTU, GPH Recovery, and Uniform Energy Factor than the one initially quoted. Additionally, the manufacturer's web site says the quoted unit has an eight year warranty whereas the one installed has a six year warranty. Still, I'm quite satisfied and will make Ace my first call going forward.

Call ANOTHER plumber!!!! Horrible experience!! Had to clean up behind them after they left. Did NOT have the required equipment to complete the repair. Suggested we call another plumbing company to complete the repair and clean up the mess and still charged an ridiculous bill. Contacted the office about the service: unprofessional, accusatory, and demanded immediate payment for the incomplete job.

Hays Plumbing replaced my old water heater (1998 model) with a brand new water heater. Two young men performed the removal and installation during a torrential storm and were very professional and courteous throughout the job.
After installation, they showed me how to ignite the pilot light and how to operate the temperature settings.
Post installation was awesome! They left the area neat and tidy and removed all of the old debris.

I trust Hay' Plumbing and will use them for our annual maintenance and any other plumbing need.

Set up appt to have drain cleared in a kitchen sink, they came out made a few attempts to clear drain, never said a word about having problems. An hour later they packed up their tools and told me to call another plumber they can't fix it?? That's why I called a professional, not only that but sink won't drain at all now. This is not good business. Never was given next step to fix they just left.

Updated: I have now used Hays for 4 different reasons (old house lol) and they have been fast, reliable, and beyond helpful.

Hays Plumbing is an exceptional business. I came home from a trip to no water. They showed up same day and identified the problem, getting my water on with a temporary fix. Then they returned to repair a complicated problem. Hays Plumbing employees are courteous, responsive, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional called them for a quote and told them I had quotes from other companies like Ben Franklin and they proceeded that the price they gave me was too high and said they take advantage of people and they wouldn’t be like that and then afterwards sent me a quote that was 2,000 more than every other company in the area and I replied that I was going with another company’s quote after they sent several back to back telling me to accept their quote. they must of had hurt feelings because they had replied twice with disrespectful remarks after I respectfully responded I was accepting the other quote.

Ryan and the whole Hays staff are very professional and have amazing customer service!! Liz was very helpful with setting up my appointment, and when Ryan showed up he was on time and knowledgeable about repairing my water heater. Whenever I need any plumbing repairs I’ll definitely contact Hays Plumbing again!

Fast responses, great service, good prices. We moved here summer 2022 and needed a lot of work on the house. Getting people to come out and do good work was hard. Not with Hays Plumbing!! By far the best company I’ve hired so far. Need an honest plumber call Ryan.
