We called Hays plumbing when our water heater failed. They answered their phone promptly late in the afternoon and took down the info they needed and came out early the next day with a new water heater. They had it installed quickly before noon and saved the day! We will be calling them again! Thanks guys!

Husband was out of town so I called Hays Plumbing for help with a clogged toilet (after attempting to unclog using a variety of YouTube videos). We also had another toilet that rocked for 2 years. They also serviced my tankless water heater. Hays Plumbing came out and fixed all issues promptly. They were professional and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I highly recommend Hays for all of your plumbing needs!

Hays Plumbing came out within 24 hrs of my call and quickly had my washer drain working again. The service man was so polite and when he left the laundry room was immaculately clean. There was no sign he had been in there working. I will definitely call them back.

Hays Plumbing came out to replace a gas connector. We notified them and they were there within a couple of hours. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable about the job. We had an issue arise the following day and they came out to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Ryan makes sure his customers are treated fairly and goes the extra mile to make them feel valued.

I needed a main waterline behind the siding in my carport repaired. I had already cut the siding back in hopes of repairing it myself. Needless to say, I made the problem worse. I called several plumbers in my area but only Hays could assure me that they would be here first thing in the morning. They were excellent, knowledgeable, expedient, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

We recently had work done on our kitchen faucet and one of our toilets. The gentlemen who came out were knowledgeable and professional. During their repair, they tested our water flow and found it to be over the recommended maximum. They worked up a quote to add a valve to reduce the PSI from the water meter. They returned to complete that project timely. They were quick to complete the repairs, and I felt like they gave me a reasonable and fair price.

Thank you Hays Plumbing for your excellent customer service, communication and work on getting us a new water heater installed. That hot bath felt soooo good last night! Everyone was so professional, kind and helpful. The men who came and completed the work were very nice and patient with my questions and decision making. They cleaned up after the job was completed and we are definitely happy customers!

I use them for all my Plumbing needs from personal to our rental property as well as a restaurant and market and they are my go to for all things Plumbing.
From small leaks large repair we count on them and the service and prices are always great.
Ryan and the team are always just a phone call away , they arrive when promised and complete the job.

I can honestly say ryan hays is an honest and reliable guy....I gave him a call to take a look at my aunts house because her water bill jumped from 48 dollars a month to 180 dollars a month for back to back months. He set up an appointment to meet me at my aunts and showed up on time and explained the situation and price to take care of the problem which I thought was a very reasonable price. I still wanted to do my due diligence and got another quote. As I expected the other quote was over 1000 dollars higher than Ryan's quote. I KNEW THEN that ryan was a trustworthy guy. So I gave him the go ahead and as promised they showed up on time and completed the job...I would recommend him to anybody....after completing my aunts job...I had him take a look at my father's faucet in his kitchen, he took care of him as well. THANKS RYAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

I only call BCP (three different calls over the past 4 years). Chad steps up within 24 hours, if not same day. He's punctual, thorough, and attentive to all details. He fully assesses the concern and offers both short-term or full remedies. He has worked past 2000 on a Friday night on a 4 hour job without ever showing any negative demeanor. Post-work area is cleaned to a shine. He is a rarity of authenticity, exuding His Light and Salt. You will not find a better company, period.

Always a positive experience with BCP! Chad is very quick to respond to every call, very punctual to arrive, eager to help and offer suggestions, knows what he's doing, and does it all with a respectful and appreciate attitude. Everything is left clean and resolved. Clearly someone whose integrity comes through in his work and attitude!

Chad arrived quickly and was ready to fix the problem, leaky nozzle on water heater. He pointed out several concerns but never pushed a sale. I decided to address those concerns and he fixed them promptly and at a very good price. He was courteous and I would absolutely use Best Choice again in future.
