Our water heater went out 2 days before Thanksgiving and we had out of town guest over. The water heater went out at 3pm and I called them at 4pm. They said they could replace it the next morning between 8-10am. They got there around 9am and were done by noon! I was very pleased with the response time, professionalism and price. I will be using them again for any future plumbing business!

Very happy with Best Choice. This was the third visit they have had to make for various reasons and Chad always explained what was going on and what we could do as preventatives if there was a way to help prevent clogs in the lines.

My water heater was leaking, and it's less than 3 years old! I called Best Choice Plumbing to set up an appointment for a plumber to come out and see if he could diagnose and repair the problem. The phone staffer was courteous and asked several questions to make sure she sent the right person. Chad, the plumber, called me within an hour and was onsite in less than two hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the leaky pipe that was causing the water to leak from the water heater. Fast, professional, and friendly. Recommended.

These guys absolutely rock! I tried calling at least 10 plumbers before Best Choice Plumbing picked up. They were courteous, empathetic and understanding. Whether it be the main office or the plumber they were polite, professional and most importantly they got the job done. For the record their pricing is sensible and they really work their tail off to do right by you. I hope not to have any major plumbing issues ever again -knock on wood- but if I do I’m certainly giving these guys a call.

CHAD SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HR AFTER I CALLED AND DID A HECK OF A JOB. FIXED THE PROBLEM AND SHOWED ME EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDING TO BE LOOKED INTO. GERAT COMPANY, I WILL UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

BCP, Inc. gave us an estimate prior to the job and held to the quoted price at the conclusion of the job. Chad came on time, did the work promised and cleaned up afterwards. He is polite and respectful, important to seniors like my wife and me. We previously used a well-known plumbing company, but now BCP, Inc. is our go to plumbing company. We live in a historic district and a lot of the work done in these old homes (ours is 114 years old) was put in prior to current codes, or in spite of current codes. All BCP, Inc.'s work is to code. We highly recommend this small business.

I will 100% recommend Chad for gas plumbing issues. Chad is very knowledgeable, courteous and explains what he’s doing or going to do. He installed a new water heater for me and showed me all the new features ( mine was really old) . I had 2 gas leaks and he fixed them as well. His work ethic is beyond compare, he cleaned everything up and took my old water heater. I will definitely call on him again !!!

Not the cheapest just the best
Chad came to the home the same day replaced the PRV with a Brass encased unit for longer life and installed a bypass system for the Water Filtration system so it’s easier to service with no Down time.
He was knowledgeable and through work was excellent and Fast confident and warranties applied as available. Great guy great service great outcome!
