5++++. Roto-Rooter is the way to go. I called five different plumbers in the area and all of them were trying to charge me up to $5000 just to tell me it was clogged. David came out here and cleaned it and cleared it within two minutes and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Definitely choose Roto-Rooter and ask for David. He is so professional, nice and actually walked me through the whole process!!🙌

I needed help IMMEDIATELY!!! They reworked the schedule to accommodate my needs and sent an representative within 45 mins. The plumber himself, Mr. Hunter Cole paid extreme attention to the issue. He worked diligently to resolve the problem. I appreciate his efforts.

I am sincerely satisfied with the service from Roto-Rooter in Columbus, GA (2024). This technician, Terry, has excellent knowledge and experience. He made sure everything was done right from start to finish.
This is the second time they have done work for me. The last time was in 2019 on a completely different repair. I was just as pleased with the technician’s work this time around as I was the last time.

Even though I did not use this company (as my plumbing issue was covered through my

Had an emergency plumbing issue. They responded quickly and sent a technician with the hour. The job I thought would be mission impossible but the technician was very professional. He gave me a quote for the work that had to be done and even had to go get parts. With the additional work required the adjusted quote was very reasonable. Now I know someone that I can trust for quality work that needs to be done.

I had a waterline that got damaged and will need to be repaired. You send one of your guys to my home. He wasn’t there 10 minutes and charged me 75.00 just to let me know it would cost over 5k and wouldn’t be done today and that was it. So I called bluefrog and they seemed to not only care but gave me some great guidance on contacting my home owners insurance company and they would probably cover the damages. So I did as they suggested and sure enough they were correct. So they got the job all due to their customer service skills and are actually a 1k cheaper than your estimate. Now for any future plumbing repairs I might need guess who I will call. Well it will not be root rooter that’s for sure..Just a little effort and some quality customer service skills can go a long ways in gaining and keeping customers. That’s absolutely incorrect. The onsite tech you sent told me repairs would be more than 5k. I told them I had been quoted a cheaper rate and he said if I am doing it then it’s over 5k . That’s what I was told.

BEST PLUMBER IN TOWN!!! By far the most courteous, professional and quickest plumber I have dealt with. From making the appointment, to the job completion, they were great to work with. Excellent company and came out on a Saturday morning with a busted water pipe. Seth was amazing and did a wonderful job!

Service was done in a timely manner The servicemen explained everything that needed to be done Showed old material that was replaced then removed and left the area cleaned and for that I am truly grateful

My elderly mom lives 3 hrs away from me…alone. The other evening she had a leaking washer and was frightened and he came out immediately and fixed the issue and was so kind. On top of that, he only charged for the service call ….not for any work done. I would definitely use them again.

From the timely initial response to our disaster, progressively working through solutions, to the timely completion of a full sewer drain replacement, Bluefrog exceeded our expectations. The lead tech on the effort, Michael, explained the options and used imaging technology to explain the issues, show progress, and record successes. Columbus Waterworks Inspectors approved their installation solution and commented on their good craftsmanship, excellent and safe design, and completeness.

I believe the price I paid was not the time spent for technician to complete the job the website stated the the process would take a couple hours but lasted a few minutes over priced

I was washing dishes and my kitchen sink literally broke from the bottom. I called blue frog at about 9am and they were to my house by 10:55am. I didn’t like the price but everything is expensive nowadays. They service fee was reasonable. My kitchen sink works like new! 😊
