The gentleman Michael, that came out to my home was very professional, kind and was quick about fixing the issue, after I told him what I needed to be installed. Where the shower handles is located i just needed a pressure balance cartridge installed it took less than hour to do. First price he gave me to do it was $726.00 that was to much for me. He did take off $159.00 off the $726.00 which was $567.00 the part was only $67.00. BlueFrog prices is extremely high. I want be dealing with them again because of the prices only. The gentleman Michael was a very good person it nothing with him. I just want be able to afford BlueFrog prices.

We had a beak in our main water line on a Saturday. Lucky for us Bluefrog has a 24 hr emergency service and they were able to send a technician to help us in just 2 hrs The tech’s name is Seth and he was great! He quickly found the leak and had it repaired in just a couple of hours. Seth even took the time to show me and explain to me what caused the break and how he repaired it. His knowledge and excellent skill was very impressive, and his professional, super friendly attitude was so much appreciated. I want to brag on this company and say thank you all so much for the professional and the fast response. I contacted them and they came out immediately and explained the issue. The parts were ordered and within 3day the parts arrived and they came immediately and fixed the issue. I have never had fast and professional customer service and I appreciate the services. Bluefrog did a great job from the moment I contacted them for services, to the technician Micheal coming out to fix my plumbing issue, and following up about the job. They were timely, professional, patient and explained everything to me that had to be done. Micheal worked effectively and efficiently. I definitely will use them again in the future.

Seth came out today to do the hydro jetting at my house. He was super knowledgeable, patient and helped me understand why I was having a problem. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My name is Dawne Cooley. I have used them a few times now but this last visit unfortunately will be our last. We had them come to light a gas log insert that had only been used once. After doing a very quick examination, we were told the insert needed replacing. Giving us an est quote of 4200.00 including the service call for that day. We felt it necessary to get a second opinion and thank the good Lord we did. This guy had it lit in less than 10 minutes with it costing a fraction of the price we had just paid. Now this incident has us wondering about the services we've had with them. Did we really need it? and the cost I feel is very much over priced. Sadly our experience was not good, if it was an option I would have given them 0 stars.

I would like to say thank you to Mr. David and Mr. Calvin! They worked hard to resolve our water issues. They was nice, friendly, and explained the problem in a way I could understand what was going on. They worked quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants the job done right to give them a call.

I would recommend Blue Frog to EVERYONE. I have never had such great customer service from start to finish. Jessica took my initial call and was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my description and helped figure out my issues in order to send a plumber with the extra necessary equipment to do the job. She communicated along the way about appointment and arrival times. I have a 125yr old home and our plumber, James M, was excellent. He took the time to listen to me, quickly assessed my problem and offered an affordable solution with a clear set $$ amount. He was very informative and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He also revmcommended some preventative maintenence to avoid future problems with our old plumbing and gave me an estimate for future work to re-pipe.
We will DEFINITELY be calling them in the next few months to do more work for us and will definitely be using James!!

The professionalism and excellent communication started with the inital phone call. The rep who contacted me kept me updated prior to Seth's arrival on a Friday evening. He was excellent! He explained everything that he was doing. He was respectful as he entered and exited my home. He cleaned and left the area better than he found it. He worked to fix the toilet issue, made recommendations for future upkeep, and made sure we knew how to reach the company 24 hrs if there was any other issues. I had an issue that needed to be urgently addressed on a Saturday. The response - both the time and the conversation - was better than I could have anticipated. From Kristen (I think that was her name) on the phone, and James the technician, the professionalism and empathy was exceptional. They were clear/accurate on the time estimates throughout each step (when I'd hear back on an eta, and then the eta). I highly recommend this company!

First, the communication with this company " BLUE FROG" and technician was awesome, clear on instructions. Also punctuential, on time and very expedient.
The technician, James is well experienced and knowledgeable and did an exceptional job. He was done with his helper in a matter of times with a result of excellence.

If you choose any other plumbing company but blue frog then you are making a big mistake. Not only did they fix my issue, which was a bad water line, they advised me on how to report it to my insurance and was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money. I called roto rooter first and they sent a tech out and charged me 75.00 just to let me know the tech didnt have the tools with him to get the job done and the earliest they could fix it would have been 3 days later and they were almost 2,000.00 higher than what blue frog charged me and they gave me no advice regarding my insurance. BlueFrog is the real deal. Ask for Seth, he serviced my call and did a phenomenal job!!!! They will be the ones I reach out to first if I ever experience any other plumbing issues.

May be my new to-go-to plumbers. Quick job. They even took time to educate me about it. Paid them $150 to snake the bathtub drain.
