Summerland had exactly what I needed to resolve my shower issues without having to call a plumber. I could do it myself. They are awesome when you have an old shower with hard to find parts. 😊

I use this company on July 7th because my tub spout diverter had came off and I wasn't able to take a shower for two weeks which was a big inconvenience for me so I finally called and they came out the exact same day they were really quick fast very professional very nice gentleman I probably could have done it myself because they were literally in and out in 10 minutes I will definitely be using this company again

I called on 2 separate days. My a/c unit went out and my brother called to see if they could come out to see what the problem was. We called on Friday but they couldn't make it although they said they would call me within the hour to let me know they never called back which led me to call back 3 hours later. they then told me that they couldn't do anything that day and monday they would be out....monday rolls around and it is now 3:47 pm...no phone call nor has anyone come out to check the unit.. fyi i am 7 months pregnant ans it feels like the summer...they can do better seriously!

I'm visiting family in Columbus, GA, and my Host's Circa 1970's 3-bathroom house's plumbing gets overworked with all of us vistors and clogs somewhere between the bathroom furthest from the street and the street! Panic ensues as we contemplate not being able to use any of the bathrooms for the coming week! We open up Google and start searching. Now there's a twist to this story: Wouldn't you know it, Columbus, Georgia has just a rare few nights of freezing temperatures, and plumber after plumber that we call, is booked up for several days into the future, dealing with the consequences of burst pipe after water freezing. So, the 7th plumber we call, is answered by Steve, a wiser, kinder voice, who tells us his crew is busy till the day after tomorrow. But, he asks us what's going on, and after we explain the situation, he suggests we try a few different things, till his plumbing crew can get there, two days hence. Well, we tried, but we didn't succeed, so we called Steve back and told him to put us on the calendar. Once we give him our address, he tells us he has a crew working nearby, and "no promises" , but he might be able to get them to our location that same afternoon. 2 hours later, he calls and says they can be here within half an hour, if we'd like? Cheering ensues in the house and 20 mins later, two handsome young men show up with their van. Within minutes they assess the situation, look for an access point at the front of the house, but it's buried out of sight, so they swiftly pull a ladder off the top of their van and using a 75 foot metal snake from a roof access point, they work their way through the piping towards the street. 20 mins later they test all the taps in the house and see that there is still a slight slowdown, so they go to the side trap that I had failed to access, and run the snake through there until the flow is completely clear. They test all the taps, sinks, toilets and drains again, and everything is draining perfectly. Yahoo!! Less than hour after they arrived, they are leaving behind a happy, relieved household. (Pun intended). My host booked them to come back to replace her 3 existing old toilets and to hook up her new fridge's ice-machine water line, once the immediate flurry of emergencies from the freeze is over. Both of the young men were, pleasant, polite, and worked very well together as a team. Turns out it's a 3rd Generation, family-owned business, and one of the pleasant young men is the son of Steve, the Dispatcher. This is why i love supporting small, local businesses - they are responsive, empathetic, helpful and of course, they survive on their honestly-earned good reputation. I highly recommend them.

My mother-in-law experienced what appeared to be rust in the water in the bathroom and the garbage disposal decided that it would not drain. This all occurred on Thanksgiving. My mother-in-law was so distraught that she was considering getting a hotel for us to stay in. That Friday morning she called Summerland and they were able to see her within an hour of the call. They diagnosed the water heater and drained and replaced the garbage disposal. The two young men were a delight and they now have a new customer with in mother-in-law. Her normal plumber was not answering any of her calls. Such professionalism and I was really impressed when they told her to see if this will work on the water heater and that they did not believe a new tank was necessary. In/out in no time. Definitely recommend.
