I got a quote from another company in town and they were going to charge $500 to fix a leaking pipe under a sink. The job wasn’t a simple one due to it being an older house. I contacted Summerland and they did the work for less than half of that. They showed up when requested, did the work effectively, and the tenant and me are happy with the work. There’s a lot to say about doing business the right way. I will recommend them over the other large company any day of the week.

I love the way they came in and unclogged my problem. They stumbled across an issue but they was so determined to fix the problem. Their still here but I still hear the progress even though their not finished. I had another man come twice and still couldn't resolve the issue. But I got better progress than what the other man gave me. Some ppl just show up and get paid. But this company really care about their customers and get the job done

We called summerland after I remembered that summerland had had a business a store of plumbing supply for many years, which suggested that the summerlands who are now working as plumbers grew up with the business and knew the ins and outs of what works with what and the fastest and easiest way to do everything related to plumbing.. That's when I called them out to fix a problem that other plumbers had refused to even discuss and had been unable to fix. The summerland plumbers were done in 5 minutes and said what else have you got? We have to charge you for an hour anyway, so do you need anything else fixed while we're here? Talk about impressive... There at the top of my list of plumbers to call from now on.

We had Summerland Plumbing install two new toilets we had purchased. We were anxious about having plumbers come to our house with COVID so bad in Georgia, but we'd had toilet boxes sitting in our hallways for months so we finally did. The two plumbers who came were very professional and friendly, wore masks at our request, installed the toilets quickly and did an excellent job. The price they charged us was very reasonable, quite a bit less than the quote we got from one of the big name plumbers you see on billboards. These guys are honest, solid local plumbers.

Great hospitality! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed from pictures of an old 70's set up and even made himself accessible after hours!! Stand up guy!! Thank you so much!!

Two plumbers from Summerland Plumbing Company came out to my residence on Thursday August 24th 2023 to repair a leak and install a new showerhead. They were very professional, courteous, and skilled. They were able to solve my problems/issues in a very short amount of time. Their rates were very reasonable. I would use their services again if needed.

Thank you for the excellent job on the install of the water heater!

We had guests coming into town and the expansion tank on the water heater started leaking and spraying. Called around 8:00am and was told they would probably be able to fit us in before noon. Received a call about forty-five minutes later and guys were onsite by 9. The previous installation was shoddy, with the expansion tank tied with rope and nailed into a rafter and on the hot side (vs. the cold side). The entire repair/replacement was completed within 30 minutes and looks great! Water from the expansion tank had also leaked into the nearby A/C condensation drip pan and they cleaned that out as well. I was very impressed by their speed and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I contacted Summerland on the morning of 12/28/21. They told me upfront they could not guarantee a service visit for this date, but would get to me as soon as they could. They contacted me two hours later advising they were on their way.

As soon as they arrived they quickly diagnosed the problem (within minutes). Our Water Heater was broken (on a 12 year old house, it was just a matter of time). When we had this previously serviced, the people at the time said to replace it, it would cost upwards of $3,000. When Summerland came out, they quoted us HALF that price and got it in the same day!

I am beyond ecstatic for the services I received, 10/10 will use this company again.

This company is the best!! After calling two other places and being told that they could send no one till the next day afternoon or $150 emergency fee I called Summerland and they sent somebody within 40 minutes. The guys that worked on my problem were very professional and knowledgeable at their job. Also they didn't bust me out for trying to fix it myself before calling someone. They did a great job and I will be calling them from now on for every job i need.

Summerland is a very good and honest company they do a great job, their fast, reliable, very respectful and do an awesome job I had them to install two shut off valves they came the same day and hooked up my appliance as well very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely the BEST in service and price! Summerland responded quickly on a short notice. Once the contractors arrive they immediately told me how I could save money ☺️ (I liked that ☺️)! I had several contractors at my house for quotes and non of the other contractors suggested anything. The 2 young Men from Summerland who came to install my hot water heater were very professional, neat (I had NO clean up) and worked very well together. I researched prices for installation of a hot water heater for 1-1/2 weeks and Summerland prices were about the same for 1 of the companies who had given me a quote. I chose Summerland because I caught the other company in a lie.

I called Summerland Plumbing just after 0800 this morning and by 1300 this afternoon two plumbers (Seth and Julio) arrived at my house. In just less than an hour, Seth and Julio removed my old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and installed the new facet and disposal. They were both extremely polite and very knowledgeable about plumbing. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer all my questions about the installation and explained everything they were doing with regards to the repair. I was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism and HIGHLY recommend Summerland Plumbing and Heating!

Called Summerland at 8am with a water that was leaking around the bottom and pilot light out. The team arrived a 11am and agreed with me that the heater needed to be replaced. Summerland, based on my request they came with the new water heater. The guys were very professional and went to work quickly. The new heater was installed and operational by 1230pm. The price was reasonable. When I need plumbing help in the future I will call Summerland Plumbing!

They did an incredible job fixing my leak in the wall. They were able to get out to me quickly and even took on another small job for me while they were there. I'd give six stars if I could.

I have used this company several times over the past few years. They are great. I have never had to wait more than a day for anything. The employees are very polite and professional. I have never had an issue with any job they have performed. Their prices are fair and from talking to neighbors, they are quite a bit lower than some of the chain companies you see advertised. If you want a consistently reliable and easy to deal with company, these are the folks to call. I really appreciate the job they do and how they treat their customers.

This company is very skillful in their trade, they were able to fix my leak in a very timely manner. I would have given them 5 stars, however I wasn’t informed of the 3.5 charge for using my credit card, so just be mindful of that when choosing to pay with a credit card. I still would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Very reasonable per hour fee compared to others who were double the price! Came out same day they could have told me you need a new water heater but instead replaced two parts very honest. Will use them again in the future!
