We called blue frog because we weren’t getting hot water. I can’t recall his name but he was prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank you for excellent service.

The two guys were awesome. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Sink and dishwasher running great now.

The repairman (Seth C) was very polite and explained the entire process as he performed the duties. He was very thorough and and adept in the process. He gave me a one - year guarantee on the work that he performed.

Had a clogged drain Seth came in and unclogged it within 20 minutes and got my drain working again great business really professional and definitely will be doing business with them again

I appreciate that Bluefrog send info and a picture of the technician first thing. Seth was great. He spent quite some time searching for the leak. He answered questions, explained the process and showed his results.

They answered the phone first thing in the morning and were able to come out the same day. James arrived early and took care of the problem and cleaned up! I will always use Bluefrog!

We had a water leak from a broken seal in the faucet for the bathtub late in the evening. We called Blue Frog. James responded promptly was able to quickly repair the problem. I was very satisfied with him and the service provided.
As far as costs, I recommend them highly for emergency repair! Going to have them out for non emergency work and we will see how that goes.

Michael was respectful, knowledgeable, and swift in the work we needed done. We had a kitchen sink issue and a toilet issue. They definitely have good estimates. We will call them again.:)

I wish I could give Blue Frog and especially James and Jessica one million gold stars. We had an issue with our hot water heater and James came out at 3:00 am. He was so professional and kind and his expertise was evident. He was all of this, even at 3:00 am! After the crisis was resolved, James came back the next day and fixed the underlying issue. Jessica who I spoke with several times (even after hours) was always so kind and helpful and never seemed frustrated with my one thousand questions. We will never use another plumbing service, we are Blue Frog for life!!! Thank y’all so much, you saved us from so much worry and stress.

Seth came out the same day and got our plumbing issue fixed fast! He even talked with our neighbor who knows the house really well to help figure out the real problem. It was pricey, over 1k, but he got it done the same day for our guests, so we’re super thankful!

After discovering my front yard flooding and not knowing exactly what to do. I definitely called the right place! I cannot recall her name however, the woman who took my call instantly calmed me and reassured me everything would be ok. She made sure they were at my home promptly the next morning. Service was excellent Mr. Moore went out of his way to assist us will all that needed to be done when our heater broke sending water all over the floor. He did a outstanding job installing a new heater. I'll always recommend Blue frog service and will use their service when I need assistance

I have dealt with many companies over the years here in Columbus but using Bluefrog has been the best experience yet. We had a water line bust and a waste pipe that need repairs and bluefrog came to the rescue. Their technician Seth was absolutely incredible. Not only was the final results above expectations, but the customer service Seth provided eased our stress and made the whole experience more pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

I had , what appeared at first, to be a small leak. Well...that project was actually worse than expected. Michael walked me through what was going on and made sure I understood what I was looking and in layman's terms that I could understand. He worked late into the evening to finish to ensure we had water throughout our home. He also helped me explain on the phone to my insurance what was going on and helped me coordinate next steps. Recommended contractors etc. Michael went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were not inconvenienced too long. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for all his hard work and dedication to his profession.

Excellent service was provided by Mr James. I was notified when they were in route by a phone call and a message was also sent that shows a picture of what my technician looked likes as a extra security measure.
