I had a service done a week ago and was extremely happy with the job that was done. David was the worker that came to my house, he was here during the time frame I was told, he was very polite, knew what he was doing, didn't take long at all even having to leave to get parts. He quoted me a very good price for the job needed. I would recommend this company and their workers to everyone!

Rey cams over to our house promptly after our emergency call late in the afternoon. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and gave an estimate [fair price] on the spot. He was very courteous and made sure the job was done right and cleaned up before he left. He took the time to check all the plumbing in the house, not just the affected portions making sure as to not have the same issues elsewhere. Very impressed and would recommend again.

This is a great company. I called them when my home flooded. They were prompt in getting a technician out. Once they sent a technician I had problems getting authorization. David was very pleasant. Eventhough, I was frustrated he remained calm. The next day David came back out and rectified my problem to the best of his ability. He referred me to a Septic company for an advanced assessment and pumping of my septic system. Thank you David for a job well done and thank you Roto-Rooter for your outstanding service. You came highly recommended by my restoration company and I am glad I called.

Very knowledable, not so quick to say you have to replace the whole thing with a tremendous bill that no one can afford this day in age. Straight shooter on that.
Repairs are a first options with a warranty. I feel like I wasn't taken advantage of. Other companies quoted were thousands and thousands didn't even offer or entertain the repair route, straight to nope it needs to be replaced.
Talking about a hot water heater.

I have used Roto-Rooter a few months ago for the 1st time and that was a positive experience. Recently there was another recent experience that was somewhat stressful. David & Carey came out for a toilet install. I was charged $900.00 and add'tnl bad news. Everyone said that was a rip-off! An employee at Home Depot the toilet that should not have cost more than $120.00 for the toilet itself. I do feel taken advantaged of. Customer service has not responded to my text. Thankful but very disappointed. Would recommend to people who would likely get a certain 'kind' of respect.

David from Roto Rooter provided excellent customer service. He gave us a play by play description of what he was going to accomplish and then he executed. He was polite and knowledgeable answering a our questions

no matter how minor. As an added bonus, knowing that we are a Military family, we were given a discount and he thanked us for our service. Overall, David provided an excellent customer experience and I suspect he does that for everyone!🇺🇲

We have used Roto-Rooter several times and all I can say is that they are not the cheapest but the best. Great technicians and superior tools and equipment. We also recommended them for a service call for a public facilty and they were very pleased with their service after another company could not fix the issue. Their customer service is very courteous and 'on the ball'. Usually we can get appointments the next day and they keep us informed of all steps in the process.

Tyler and E came out to are probably and fixed 2 of are leaking pipe problems and they also fix one of our customers toilets. They are really great pleasant very polite and really professional. They are always on time. I can’t say enough about these two guys.

The technician Tyler P. was incredibly helpful and professional! He not only fixed, but explained the problem to me so I knew what happened and why. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems! The price was fair, and it was easy scheduling the repairs. Hope I don’t have something break again, but if I do I know who I’m calling!

Have used Roto-Rooter several times to repair leaks in my plumbing. Every time they have been able to find a repair the leak quickly and efficiently. Prices are generally fair and are good compared to some of the competitors. They are generally very responsive even calling after hours they will take your info and generally get a call to schedule someone first thing the next morning. Only issue has been if you need them to come out same day or on holidays/weekends there is an additional $250-$300 fee.

Roto Rooter was the 2nd Plumber we called and the only one that fixed anything. First company over charged and didn't fix anything. Roto-Rooter/Terry was awesome. I never felt like he was trying to make a dollar. He showed us what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He picked up our new toilets from Home Depot for free because our car was too small. He found the major issue and helped me contact the City, who had to come out and do an all day repair. Terry then came back to finish the work and he and Anthony even washed our bathtubs where the lines backed up into them. Anthony was also awesome helping us late at night & did a great job installing our new water heater. The office people (Jessica) is also super nice. They all made a super stressful situation so much better and in the end; they fixed our problem. Don't waste your time with other companies.

Elijah was a very great help. He was very respectful, punctual, and knowledgeable about his job. He diagnosed the situation and explained everything to me very clear and talked to me about the procedures he would take to fix my main line clog. I would use roto-rooter from now on and my go to plumber will be E.

Called in today to schedule an appointment for Thursday, Ms. Jessica called me back and informed me that they can have someone come out today. The person that came out name was E and he did a wonderful job. E came and fixed my toilet because it would not flush. E is awesome I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for repairs. E came did the job and explained everything and he also gave me the does and don’ts. I will always call him when I am having a problem and you should too. 10 outta 10 would highly recommend! E is the greatest!

I had an emergency need as the main line was clogged. I called as soon as they opened and someone was at my house within the hour.

David and Dennis was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and cause. If you need a plumber this should be your first call.

Once I made the call they were able to get someone out here in less than 24 hours. The guy was very professional and took his time making sure the job was done properly. After unclogging the drain he started the washing machine to make sure it wasn’t backed up. He cleaned behind himself and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience!

After several difficulties completing a project on my own, I scheduled an appointment. E came to the rescue. He was courteous, professional, helpful and kept me informed each step of the way. He worked to complete the task and get our shower up and running correctly. I was quite impressed by his skills and professionalism.

Very prompt and professional. I called them on a Saturday for a blown pipe in the yard. The lady who took the call was very friendly and helpful. The technician assigned was out within 45 minutes and proceeded to evaluate and fix the leak. He was knowledgeable and extremely competent, and had it fixed in a couple of hours, even in the heavy rain!! Very reasonable price especially for a weekend. I highly recommend this company.

Called day prior to set up appointment. Jessica was extremely helpful. They called before coming and were prompt. Tyler was our service technician. He was professional, courteous and thorough in answering all our questions. My husband and I were impressed by his knowledge and service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t tell anyone how much of a great service they were to myself and my tenant. They helped me tremendously by giving options and great advice as well as recommendations. I would have been so lost if it weren’t for the help of Terry and his people he works with. All I can say is they are the very best and I will always to continue to use them for future plumbing needs!!

Had the same gentleman and a guy he was training come out again 9-28. They were yet again amazing and fixed the problem instantly. They came right away when we called and everything went great.

December, 2022 I had a gentleman come out to my house today. I believe his name is Andrew and he was amazing. He not only fixed my problem but taught me about it. What I can do to avoid it in the future. He was so professional and so kind! Made me feel completely comfortable. After the people who came into ally and told me everything was fine and I knew it wasn’t. Took him less than an hour to find the issue. Wish I would have gone to y’all first! Also the receptionist was a saint and helped out so much!
