Called Thurs at 11:40am. Received appointment for same day at 2:30-4:30. Brad text saying he was on his way. Arrived at 2:42. Glad to see a plumber who actually shows up when said he would. Found source of leak; p trap in bathtub. Highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing! Thank you.

Walter with Clearwater Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. He was highly responsive and arrived quickly after I reached out. Walter was a great communicator and kept me informed at all parts of the process which also was respectful of my time.
He did a great job identifying the issue and approached the troubleshooting process conservatively — focusing on finding the most effective solution with the least disruption to my home. The repair work by Walter and Ryan was high quality, and I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Walter from Clearwater Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, skilled service. -
Justin was very professional. He did an awesome job. We had a shower faucet leak and need to repair the old shower faucet. Justin provided great customer service. I will definitely recommend and will use Clearwater in the future

Mr. Wes and his helper were amazing. They were very professional and kind. They knew exactly what my issue was after I explained it and had it fixed in no time!! Hands down one of the best around and there’s no doubt about it.

Received a call on Sunday 2/8/26 from tenants that the toilets weren’t flushing and water was backing up into the tub. Gave the go ahead for them to call the plumber.
Plumber from Clearwater Plumbing came out Monday 2/9/26. Bradd said there was a block in the main line and it would cost $350 to snake it and unblock it. I gave the go ahead. He snaked it but the problem persisted. Bradd said he may have to get on the roof and the cost would go up to $500. Bradd was given permission to go on the roof. He snaked and pulled out some roots. The water seemed good and he said the tenants should be able to use the tub to shower, but one of the toilets (two toilets total) was still not flushing. After Bradd left, water began backing up into the tub again. Bradd was called and he said he’d get us back on the schedule for the next day.
The next day 2/10/26 Bradd and Taylor came out and dug where water was bubbling in front of the house and discovered a leak in the water line and a collapsed sewer line made from old orangeburg pipe. House was built in 1965. They quoted a price of $8000.00. Landlord accepted, they were scheduled to come back in two days. Meanwhile 811 was contacted to locate power and gas lines underground. Before they left they unclogged the tub. However, the toilet still was not draining properly.
Thursday 2/12/26 Bradd and Taylor came out with equipment and dug trenches in the yard. Sometime later, a third plumber joined them. After new pipes were laid, the toilet was flushed out and all plumbing was tested in the house, there was good pressure and drainage. I was not on the premises but had a family member there to look over things and verify the plumbing was good.
Bradd called later saying the company wanted payment before leaving, but he was already on the road to another call. I told Bradd I would pay the next day.
*Two of the three times Clearwater Plumbing was scheduled to come out, they ended up coming earlier than scheduled, and that was a good thing.
*The men were professional and personable and had no problem answering the many questions from me. -
Brad was extremely polite and courteous. He was diligent in trying to do the repair. He was extremely honest about what was causing my water leak. He showed me pictures of what caused leak. Even though he couldn't repair it the same day, he arrived promptly the next day to fix it. He did not leave my home without water at anytime. He was wonderful.

Clearwater was fantastic, they came out almost immediately after we called. Helped us find the root cause of the issue and fixed it for a fraction of what other companies in the area quoted us. Bradd was our technician and he took the time to explain the issue and even showed my husband how to fix another small issue, with a positive attitude the entire time!

Justin Gilbreath was one of the most sweetest personnel with wonderful manners. He was understanding of my concerns and situation and took care of my plumbing crisis! I highly recommend him for sure!

Walter was great with communication and letting me know when he was on the way. When he got here, quickly assessed what needed to be done, and gave me a fair price estimate and possible alternatives. The job was done quickly, and Walter was friendly and informative throughout the process. Highly recommend Clear Water for any plumbing service.

Justin was knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to help me understand how to fix my issues.
Update... Justin installed a new hot water heater today. I'm pleased with the job. He is friendly and professional. I would recommend Clearwater and Justin.
I also dealt with the office manager Lacey and she was awesome as well.
Thank you Justin and Lacey -
One reason we went with Clearwater was the good reviews. Based on many negative experiences I feel like reviews may not be legit.
It was ultimately the owner disrespecting the disabled veteran nonprofit (paying party) that finally led to our review. We bought them about $50k in business regrettably.
It was like a series of unfortunate events one after another after another.
First West came out to replace the water heater. He was nice but forgot some parts and had to leave to get them which delayed the job. Ran over/destroyed our neighbor’s expensive brick mailbox upon leaving and asked if I’d stay with cops so he could make another job like it was my responsibility to oversee.
After that Lacey said she was sending out the best of the best. Justin and his son Taylor. We wanted 21” ADA Kohler toilets.
I ask Taylor before install if they’re Kohler and 21”. He said no they’re 19”. I said we requested 21”. Had he said they’re 21” with seat then they would’ve been installed same day.
Next toilet appointment a Chinese off brand comes in. We requested Kohler. Right height but wrong brand. Finally Lacey did some research and said that they figured it out, first toilets are right toilets but it’s 21” with seat. Got installed same day.
Despite the mailbox and toilets we kept working with them. We ordered two large home water filters. One whole house, one kitchen for drinking. Justin and Taylor install on toilet day.
Whole home filter started spraying in garage on drywall. Hopefully we don’t get black mold now. He said seal was busted. Lacey said it should’ve been inspected before delivery to house. So I’m assuming it may have been damaged in route from plumbers. It happens. I kept non profit and office updated. They didn’t grab filter number before leaving (we couldn’t see as it was on back of tank up against wall) which delayed reordering a week.
Taylor unclogged upstairs tub and shower. He tracks thick mud from box and boots throughout house all the way upstairs left mud in bathroom. Usually plumbers offer to clean their mess. He didn’t so I had to. Tub draining didn’t improve.
I didn’t oversee him for shower. I was downstairs with his dad. He yelled to his dad he couldn’t get the drain. Justin said you just unscrew it. He went up to help. They left and tried covering up tile damage. Next day I find broken tile in shower that couldve cut my disabled husbands foot open. I look for source and lift rubber drain cover to find tile chipped. It was clear Taylor tried using a flathead to lift edge of drain from tile which damaged it instead of unscrewing it. Bent metal top left of drain too. We didn’t tell office yet because they still had to come back to fix water filter and we didn’t want them to say they wouldn’t.
Failed to mention kitchen water filter required electrician to add outlet until after it was bought and installed.
Watched Taylor grab our dish wash clothes we were given for Christmas to wipe glue off of pipes he installed. He should have used his rags. Had to throw multiple wash clothes away. Felt disrespectful.
They left screwdriver in driveway upon leaving. Accidents happen but it had been many and it was 6” in front of our tire and could have destroyed tire had I not saw it.
We had contractors working outside after job to add wheelchair accessible paths. Outside water didn’t work. Plumbers forgot they left it off. Office wanted me to wait a week to have a plumber come out at first just to tell me how to turn on. Finally, Justin called to walk me through it so contractors could work.
Dishwasher started having issues after they left but it’d steam so looked like it had water. Justin specifically said “for all appliance things call appliance repair guy.” We paid $120 for a tech and was told the plumbers forgot they left dishwasher water off.
Plumbers should turn on any water they turn off.
Office didn’t to let me speak to owner. Ignore calls when I call unless we call from another number. Wouldn’t reimburse $120. Refuse to fix tile damage they tried to hide. Owner is disrespectful. Lack accountability. -
Walter is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He demonstrates genuine customer care and orientation skills to explain the issues and, what will be required to correct the problem. He is a great ambassador representing his organization. Totally going to follow through with his services.

I was in a jam and they were very understanding and took time to check things out and explain to me what they would do. They allowed me time to prepare for the work and took good care of me. Even assessed a second issue and assured me they would follow the same process to get it resolved. I will call only Clearwater in the future and refer them to my friends and family as well. Thank you so much. You have gained a loyal client.

Clearwater had great customer service during the entire process from scheduling to completion. Brad was a great technician that provided information on what was being repaired and what each part he installed was.
I would definitely use them again and again as a new home owner. -
I called due to water heater not heating. Amanda was so nice and so helpful in getting us an appointment. The technician arrived promptly and did text to advise they were on their way. My husband had actually gotten the water heater to start working, but they reviewed and inspected it to make sure it was safe (no charge). Later, it stopped working again. Called these folks back, they quickly scheduled another visit and were able to determine the cause, get the needed part and get it working again. Great service, very nice folks. Will use again and recommend highly.

I called for help (water service leaking through the roof onto the gas appliances!), they answered promptly and came within a couple of hours.
It was early evening so Brad came back the next morning and installed a new service for us. All done in a few hours.
I’m so grateful and will absolutely recommend this company and Brad. -
My water heater started leaking and it was rotting from the inside out, luckily my mother in law found this place and told me to call and see about a replacement. Lacey and Patricia were absolutely delightful and were such a great help! I would highly recommend them for the best rates and warranties. The technician was really helpful and professional. Overall, an AMAZING experience given the worst week of my life that was filled with stress. -Jemi

Walter was great! Went to work right away to find the leak and he was very professional in explaining the repairs!
Minimal damage because they were able to pull out the stove and only go through the concrete slab and not my kitchen tile!
