I had an excellent experience with Clearwater Plumbing from start to finish. Their professionalism and customer service are truly top-notch. Before beginning any work, they provided me with a fair and transparent estimate, no surprises or hidden fees.

Wes, the technician who handled my repair, went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he fix a small leak under my bathroom sink, but he also took the time to match the hardware for my damaged kitchen sink sprayer so everything looked perfect.

It’s rare to find a company that combines honesty, skill, and true customer care the way Clearwater Plumbing does. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. (Five stars because there isn't an option for more!)

I totally see why the reviews are high. My mother is elderly and disabled. We received 3 quotes and the other 2 companies quoted her a RIDICULOUS amount to replace her water heater trying to take advantage of her. Clearwater had fair pricing and the BEST service. Lacey was so sweet and professional and so was Walter. I HIGHLY recommend them. If I an give them 10 stars I would.

Clearwater did a great job. We had clogged toilets, which happens about every 2-4 months. Cleared drain. The tech Bradd was a pro, and knew exactly what to do. A camera was used to feed through the pipe to find the issue. Roots from a tree. He gave an estimate to fix the issue permanently, which included a photo of the culprit in the pipes. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

He was very professional arrived on time and finished the work very fast. Pricing was the best out of 10 other estimates I received and even beat one estimate by half. Could not have asked for better service.

I had a gas line moved from outside of my house to the crawl space. With just one quick call, I was able to schedule an estimate visit within the week. The service providers were professional, kind, and on time. After receiving the estimate, I felt confident in their expertise and decided to move forward with the work. To my surprise, they were able to start and finish the job the same day and within just three hours!

I also appreciated their paperless process — all my appointments, reminders, and invoices were conveniently sent via email and text. As a first-time customer, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Fantastic service. Had our tankless water heater flushed and he was on time and finished quickly. No surpises beyond what we were quoted beforehand. Will absolutely use them for any future work.

They honestly told me the circumstances of my water heater. There were no hidden costs. Bradley was very professional; removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He hauled the old one away. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use Clearwater Plumbing again as the needs arise.

Was set aback with Justin's tone and communication's posture when I informed him that I may not use Clearwater to repair leak. When asked if he would mark location of leak or be provided an image or copy of findings. Justin answered that he would be able to mark location of provide and image if Clearwater was not hired to conduct repair. ( At that time, I wondered why would I not be provided an image/report of findings for which I paid $350) Although disturbed by his explanation, I attempted one final time to get and image of the findings since he didn't mark the locations. His last words to was that he would email them to me. After, not receiving the images , I called and inquired about the image that I had not received. I received a reply again stating that marking of locations or providing copies of images were not Clearwater's practice.. After literally texting and asking the purpose of the $350, I finally received a copy of images.
He did however put me in contact with Champion Cleaning Service to conduct mitigation. For that I thanked him. I did, however, expect better intrapersonal interactions as a paying costumer.

Wes showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem. He was professional and courteous while explaining the issue and gave estimates based on the amount of effort required. Then he completed the work.

Had a leak that was damaging downstairs halfbath ceiling. Contacted Clearwater Plumbing Saturday morning and they scheduled us for Sunday afternoon. Justin arrived on time and after hearing the timeline of events and how the water stain progressed, he ran compressed air through the water lines in order to locate the general location. Once he determined the most probable location he cut a small hole into the ceiling. He had to expand it once as the leak was further up the pipe. He removed the section of polybutelene with the leak and replaced with PEX. He informed us that we could expect more leaks in future because polybutelene is weak and leaks often. He had a great patience with all my questions, and was good humored in responding to my husband and me- even had a good laugh when he said he had to use a “pipe stretcher”. My hubby got the joke but I was gullible and thought that was a good thing to use. Lol
When finished he cleaned up and was on his way. We definitely will call Clearwater again!

Clearwater was able to get our plumbing issue dealt with 3hrs after I called for an estimate. We’d been dealing with two other plumbing companies for almost two weeks and they estimated almost twice the cost in double the time. 100% recommend this company and especially to Bradd, if everyone had employees are like Bradd no one would go anywhere else. Cannot praise another plumber, or company, in general as much as Clearwater Plumbing!
