I use AHS ( American Home Shield ) and submitted a Service request on a Sunday. Its now midday monday and the High Priority Guys from Columbus Ga got me in and fixed my issue. I don't normally get quick service from AHS . The 2 techs Eric And Ray Sr were awesome and explained the issue. Would recommend even without AHS...Thanks again

Christian Brumbley from High Priority Plumbing came out for a leak we had. He was very friendly and took his time to locate the leak. The water issues didn't duplicate themselves like last time so was told to just record the pipes if it happens again. I would most definitely use them again and appreciate his integrity. Will recommend them to my family and friends.

Ray bailes came out and he came out and we had a stoppage that has been causing some water damage for some time and he and wes where able to get the house back up and running amazing company and amazing work I would recommend them to anyone especially Ray

I submitted a claim with AHS and High Priority Plumbing came and replaced my hot water heater, same day. Wes was very knowledgeable and patient with me since I ask a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend.

High Priority was sent to me via Choice Warranty. Tony Fleming and Eric Jenkins (service mgr) arrived at the time agreed on, I left work to meet them. These men provided me with excellent service and explained everything to me. My problem started with the dishwasher water under cabinets and everywhere. They said we needed Serclean, within 10 mins of them leaving, next appointment scheduled with Serclean. There is work to be done and I am confident it will be taken care of. Thank you High Priority I really appreciate your time and knowledge. Thanks for putting the customer 1st. I have your number on speed dial.

My hot water in the tube would not cut off Eric and Alex of High Priority Plumbing came to the rescue. They replaced all needed parts and gave me advice on other needed repairs. They were courteous, professional and informative. The world needs more technicians like them. Job well don't 👏👌🙌
