I have been having issues with the sewage/plumbing for months. Other vendors offered and charged me for short term solutions, only to end up with enough water damage for a home insurance claim. I utilized high priority's services outside of insurance because they offered long term solutions at extremely fair pricing, while I was in a financial bind. I didn't have to wait for service, even when it took me a few days to come up with the money. Ray & Wes were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could tell they were from around here based on our conversations. I feel like I got my moneys worth and more with this company. It's good to know we can still find reliable, honest business when things go bad.

Trey was amazing. He was in my home 15 minutes, assessed the issue and proactively took the steps to move on in to the next step in the process.

The technician was prompt and courteous. Alex Peacock was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was professional.

James Anderson is very professional and knows what he is doing. Fix the the issue with the water heater. Thank you again saved the day.
