- [ ] Opinion: I have a disability & chronic pain issues & I believe they took advantage. I should have recognized when I am feeling suppressed. My family has to wait with no ability to move forward with our home plans because they took three weekdays from us & now the weekend dealing with this issue & are holding up my credit line on my credit card. As a final check off our list, I went in to buy an air jetted tub Wednesday & dealt with Saleswoman Bonnie & subsequently Sherrill sales at E & E Plumbing Columbus, Ga. & was asked if my drain was going to be on the left, right, center and so I put Bonnie on phone with my plumber Gallops she went into hysterics saying my plumber plumbed my bedroom where the tub was going my house WRONG had Sherrill another saleswoman in the E & E plumbing saying same thing & got me all shaking upset about my house sent plumber D. Watley and he said he would have done things differently & he said follow him back to showroom where they had me spend $3,334.63 in my state of mind on things I did not want. First of all, I wanted an air jet tub because of neck nerve damage & I have PTSD, BiPolar & anxiety. Bonnie the saleswoman told me the only company with an air jet tub was out of Georgia somewhere & took 4-6 weeks & was very expensive. She knew my family had been displaced due to water damage in our home & had not been in our home since July 10 & it was Oct 26 I told her I needed a tub in DAYS, we had to be in our house by Nov 5 & my plumber was waiting to put the tub in. She said my only choice was a soaker tub. That night I googled the exact tub & air jets WERE available and could be shipped out in 3-5 days. I called the manufacturer Barclay & they confirmed. Barclay also said I could buy their same products at Home Depot, Maynards and Wayfair and as I began looking I saw soaking tubs for $450, 550 the nost $995 but, E & E charged me $1500. Sherill had said she had sold their last one and had to bring one from the back for the show room floor. Bonnie had LIED about Barclay not having an air jetted tub or worse was unknowledgeable about their products but told me she knew her job when I urged her to email Barclay and cancel as they instructed me to tell her. I told her to cancel the order within 24 hours later. She led me on & did not email Barclay to cancel with the po #. The police got involved on day 2 & tried to help me. They told me take them to civil court & were disappointed in Engineering and Equipment E & E Plumbing The owner won’t release our $ unless he gets himself 25% cancellation fee off us he STATED to me! What’s that $500 plus. Nasty business place.

The big, big dude they sent to the front door when the owner was avoiding meeting me was great and I believe if he had the authority would have given a refund. He should work somewhere else.

These people are still holding my $3,334.62 and the owner lacks compassion, charisma, and is a greedy individual.

I've been dealing with E&E for many years. This new location is convenient and spacious. Maybe you can find a fancier location and accoutrements at another place, but what I look for is friendly helpful service fairly priced and for that you would be hard pressed to find better. If they don't have it right now, let them get it for you.

Plumbing issue needed more attention was recommended to go see Justin @ E&E Plumbing. This young man demonstrated exceptionally excellent customer service and made sure we had everything before leaving. Thank you Justin and “GO DAWGS”

Left three voicemails over a 10 day period, never got a call back.

They charged my card more the quoted..for a total of $250 and didn't even complete the job..and now won't answer or call back.

Set up an appointment for noon then suddenly it changed to noon to five. Nobody ever showed up or called!

My water heater died on a Monday and they had a new one installed and running by Wednesday. Thanks Alexander Plumbing!

I called and set up an appointment for them to come out. They scheduled for the next day (5/1/18) and said it would be a morning appointment. I waited all day - they never showed and never called. Based on this experience I would have to say they are not dependable and are inconsiderate of their clients' time.
