A water pipe had burst under the slab of my home. I called a half dozen plumbers. all of whom never answered their phones, did not return phone messages or their mailboxes were full. Alexander Plumbing answered and sent out a plumber, Brandon Hicks. He diagnosed the problem and the next day arrived at 8.45AM to start. By the time he finished at 3.30PM, he had drilled through the slab in our bathroom, dug several feet down, located the break, replaced the broken pipe, filled in the hole with sand, and sealed everything with concrete. With the exception of the foot wide concrete patch, there was no evidence of anything amiss. Alexander Plumbing and Brandon Hicks are my go-to guys for any future plumbing work I may need. Five stars and 2 thumbs up.

Plumbing repair that included removing portion of slab and wallboard. Ryan arrived, an estimate was provided by office, he immediately began work, worked all day yesterday and returned this morning to replace concrete. He left no mess behind, cleaned everything including sweeping out garage. He was courteous, answered all
our questions and we felt perfectly comfortable having him in our home. The bill was exactly the price quoted.

Called on a Tuesday about having a failing leaking water heater needing replacement. Bobby came out that afternoon and was able to spec out the job and give a quote, which I went with. The next afternoon Bobby and Jed came out and did the replacement and brought the install up to code. They were professional and did the job in a timely manner. Will consider them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Ryan and his crew did a great job replacing our water line. had to cut the driveway and closed it up right away and covered up the grass where they had to dig. They got started right away and finished promptly. They were very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to call Alexander Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. They were very competitive in their pricing also.

Great service, on time, thorough job, polite technician who stayed with the work until it was finished and the system was operating correctly. He checked every bathroom multiple times and replaced everything as it was, PLUS he turned off the lights in each room as he left! Fast, knowledgeable and efficient.

Mason and Mike came out and fixed my clogged toilet. Definitely recommend Lovelace for all your plumbing needs. They were thorough efficient and professional!

Do not use!!! Billed by the hour and was told it would only take 2 hours was billing for double the amount and took there time fixing the problem spend less than 2 hours to fix the problem. Tab was rude when I spoke on the phone. Would not recommend this company!!!
